Join Forage AI as a Data Automation Engineer! In this role, you will work with an
amazingly passionate team of data scientists and engineers who are striving to achieve
a pioneering vision.

Responsibilities:
Our web crawling team is very unique in the industry - while we have many “single-site”
crawlers, our unique proposition and technical efforts are all geared towards building
“generic” bots that can crawl and parse data from thousands of websites, all using the
same code. This requires a whole different level of thinking, planning, and coding.
Here’s what you’ll do -
● Build, improve, and run our generic robots to extract data from both the web and
documents – handling critical information among a wide variety of structures and
formats without error.
● Derive common patterns from semi-structured data, build code to handle them,
and be able to deal with exceptions as well.
● Be responsible for the live execution of our robots, managing turnaround times,
exceptions, QA, and delivery, and building a bleeding-edge infrastructure to
handle volume and scope.
Requirements:
● Either hands-on experience with, or relevant certifications in the Robotic Process
Automation tools, preferably Kofax Kapow, Automation Anywhere, UIPath,
BluePrism, OR crawling purely in Python and relevant libraries.
● 1-3 years of experience with building, running, and maintaining crawlers.
● Successfully worked on projects that delivered 99+% accuracy despite a wide
variety of formats.
● Excellent SQL or MongoDB/ElasticSearch skills and familiarity with Regular
Expressions, Data Mining, Cloud Infrastructure, etc.

Join Forage AI as a Full Stack Developer! In this role, you’ll be working with an amazingly
passionate and talented team of engineers and data scientists who are working at the bleeding
edge of data science and data automation.
What You’ll do?
● Meet with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
● Review application requirements and interface designs.
● Identify web-based user interactions.
● Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using
react/angular concepts.
● Troubleshoot interface software and debugging application codes.
● Monitor and improve front-end performance.
● Document application changes and developing updates.
● Create phenomenal web UI
● Provide expertise and strategic counsel to business and technology leadership
teams
● Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, operations, and process
improvement
● Champion UI best practices as well as stay up to date on the web landscape
● Stay up to date with emerging technologies and standards to enhance UX
design, and propose/identify needed enhancements

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
● 3-5 years of experience working with front-end languages like react.js,
JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and back-end technologies like Node.js.
● Excellent troubleshooting and project management skills.
● Have solid experience in working with at least one standard RDBMS (MS SQL,
PostgreSQL)
● Experience crafting complex applications using web frameworks (e.g.: Angular,
React, Vue, Backbone, Ember). Familiarity with Django is a plus.
● Strong attention to detail
● Demonstrated ability in a professional, programming position
● Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
● Comfortable working with third-party dependencies and debugging conflicts
