Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the HR team.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with job posting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients who are in search of office space, ranging from startups to established corporations.
• Engage with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events, to understand their requirements and introduce them to the Office Advisor platform.
• Conduct site visits and property tours with clients, showcasing available office spaces and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Lead negotiation meetings between clients and landlords, advocating for our clients' best interests while fostering positive relationships with all parties involved.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from client inquiry to successful leasing transactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and enhance our services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably B2B.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and market dynamics.

Work with Executives to identify Client needs

- - Interaction with Sales Team to engage in pre-sales and post-sales activities

- Must be excellent in verbal and written communication

- Must be detail oriented in work and focused on results

- Ensure to take appropriate steps to resolve customer's problems

- Audit work orders for accuracy and make corrections if required

• Creating, designing and developing data models
• Prepare plans for all ETL (Extract/Transformation/Load) procedures and architectures
• Validating results and creating business reports
• Monitoring and tuning data loads and queries
• Develop and prepare a schedule for a new data warehouse
• Analyze large databases and recommend appropriate optimization for the same
• Administer all requirements and design various functional specifications for data
• Provide support to the Software Development Life cycle
• Prepare various code designs and ensure efficient implementation of the same
• Evaluate all codes and ensure the quality of all project deliverables
• Monitor data warehouse work and provide subject matter expertise
• Hands-on BI practices, data structures, data modeling, SQL skills

Hard Skills for a Data Warehouse Developer:

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools e.g., DataStage, Informatica, Pentaho, Talend
• Sound knowledge of https://www.freelancermap.com/it-projects/sql-1084" target="_blank">SQL
• Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, DB2, and SQL
• Experience using Data Warehouse platforms e.g., SAP, Birst
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing Data Warehouse solutions
• Project management and system development methodology
• Ability to proactively research solutions and best practices

Soft Skills for Data Warehouse Developers:

• Excellent Analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work on a team, as well as independently

The KRA for the position is as follows:

• Make outbound cold/warm calls to find qualified leads
• Good knowledge of internet search techniques to identify potential clients / partner companies  and update the prospect database
• Follow up on inquiries, engage in intelligent conversations with these inquiries leading to appointments and demo requests with client
• Give Product demo and presentation to client
• Research, prospect and identify large customer opportunities ensuring sufficient numbers in the funnel to ensure target attainment
• Involved in scope-of-work and proof-of-concept study
• Involved in market survey in the EdTech domain
• Involved in competition analysis
