Position: MIS Executive/Assistant Manager 

Responsibilities: 

• Managing a team that prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports 
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting key trends & opportunities. 
• Overseeing the collection, storage & management of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy & completeness. 
• Identifying & resolving data issues, inconsistencies and discrepancies and built systems to identify and resolve the same. 
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows & optimize operational efficiency. 
• Collaborating with IT teams to develop and enhance data systems and tools to support business needs. 
• Preparing sales analysis and product analysis reports 
• Generating adhoc Report requirements from Ops, Marketing, Accounting and Training verticals.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: 

• 5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, and business intelligence, preferably in the F&B industry. 
• Experience in Advanced Excel & Tally 
• Must have excellent time management, organized and detail-oriented skills 
• Must be able to define and work to deadlines. 
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). 
• Strong knowledge of database management & data warehousing. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Experience: 7+ Yrs

• Proven experience as a Fusion Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC),

• Strong hand on experience generating BI reports (strictly Mandatory)

• Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, Web Services, and other relevant programming languages.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.

• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role is a plus resolving P1/P2 tickets in a close deadline.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and ADF. 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

An Azure Data Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining pipelines and ETL/ ELT flow solutions on the Azure cloud platform. This role requires a strong understanding of migration database technologies and the ability to deploy and manage database solutions in the Azure cloud environment.
