What is the role?
As Product Manager for Compass, you will be responsible for the product portfolio, including all product planning and release execution throughout the lifecycle of the product portfolio. Key responsibilities
- Strategic planning and managing all stages of Product Life Cycle
- Develop business cases for each product feature to demonstrate feasibility including target pricing and margin, addressable and realizable market, SWOT analysis, estimated development, implementation, and support costs etc.
- Planning execution of roadmap & managing end to end product delivery

As Staff Engineer, you will play a leading role in turning our product vision into reality, while working with other senior Product Engineering staff to design and develop our systems.
You’ll join an enthusiastic and experienced Product Engineering team in our Bangalore office, with plenty of flexibility to work from home as required. When you join our team, you’ll be the development lead for India, which currently consists of one team with expectations to expand.
This isn’t your average Lead Engineer role; expect to be heavily involved in product discovery as the Engineering voice alongside your peers in Product and Design. What will U be doing?
Creating change in a complex system. The technical lead for a team, making well-considered decisions around patterns, principals, frameworks, languages and tools, thinking through and mitigating for potential cascading impacts of those changes.
Acting as a trusted advisor. Partner with PMs, engineers and customer-facing teams to negotiate appropriate product architectures with consideration for user needs, business goals and technology constraints.

You will work in the India office (INO), which currently comprises ~1000 Firm members and external workers. You would oversee, guide and direct operations and strategy for all functions pertaining to Location management, Travel (Air, Ground transportation, Hotels and Guesthouses), Executive Assistants (90 members), Visual Graphics (50 members), Events management for the office, as well as personnel practices for our support staff.
You would work very closely with the Office Manager and senior leadership of the Firm in this role.
