Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled L2 Support Engineer with a strong understanding of the Netsapiens platform and a solid foundation in Linux and networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting issues related to voice services and platform operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L2 technical support for the Netsapiens platform including Admin UI and Manager Portal.
- Troubleshoot issues related to phone provisioning, QoS, recordings/legal intercepts, and real-time VoIP software.
- Handle and escalate tickets based on defined SLAs and priority levels.
- Assist customers in implementing solutions and ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform installation, configuration, and support for paid services.
- Conduct analysis of system performance and manage system resources.
- Implement feature releases, maintenance releases, OS updates, and perform after-hours maintenance as required.
- Collaborate on Netsapiens platform reviews including configurations, best practices, and implementation recommendations.
- Provide support for distributed MySQL databases (a plus).
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience in a technical support role.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Linux systems.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, switching, routing).
- Experience with telephony or voice-related services (SIP protocol is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with MySQL database operations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
