• Requirements Documentation: Develop, manage, and maintain BRD, FRD, and SRS documents to ensure clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
• Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes and process flows to visualize project workflows and user interfaces using tools like Figma.
• Project Task Creation & Management: Plan, assign, and track project tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead and coordinate UAT activities to validate that solutions meet defined business requirements.

Job Summary:

As an RPA Lead, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our RPA infrastructure using Microsoft Power Automate. With 4+ years of hands-on experience, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and execute automation strategies that enhance efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate
• Set up and manage RPA infrastructure and environments
• Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes for performance and reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
