The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to screen, select, and onboard qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and other HR team members to understand staffing needs and ensure the organization hires the best talent available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify and attract top talent.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Engage with passive candidates through networking and relationship building.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate assessment tests and other selection tools as needed.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates on their application status.

• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (tech & non-tech) across different industries
• Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment.
