We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with 3–4 years of expertise in building robust mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Java/Kotlin, hands-on experience with Firebase services, and the ability to implement real-time communication using Sockets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications with clean, scalable code.
• Work with Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).
• Build Socket-based real-time features such as chat and notifications.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver user-friendly apps.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and security.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and tools.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Components.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase & Socket programming.
• Familiar with MVVM / MVP architecture patterns, REST APIs, JSON.
• Good understanding of Git, Play Store deployment, and debugging practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Must be able to join immediately and work onsite in Indore.

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with the core team building a state-of-the-art blockchain based SaaS platform. 
• Building mobile applications using latest technologies leveraging Android, node and mongo. 
• Apply comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects. 
• Backend RESTful API Design and server-side development for web and mobile apps. 
• Develop and design database schemas on MongoDB. 
• Perform code reviews and unit tests to ensure code consistency and maintainability. 

Minimum Qualifications & Qualities 

• Passion to solve complex problems of agriculture in a dynamic start-up environment 
• Flexible, curious, exploratory, and can-do attitude 
• Great sense of ownership and ability to work with very limited supervision 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 
• 1+ year of hands-on coding expertise in software engineering. 
• Experience with Android, Node.js, mongodb
• Ability to speak English fluently. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Strong programming experience of 1+ years with Android, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB. 
• Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills. 
• Experience with SDLC in an Agile work environment using tools like Jira and GitHub. 
• Knowledge and experience of NoSQL Databases is a must. 

• Knowledge of AWS Services like ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, Load Balancing, Route 53, API Gateway along with Infrastructure provisioning and optimization is an advantage.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins, GitHub Actions,
• Experience with containerization environments like Docker & Kubernetes is an advantage. 
• Familiar with TDD, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of any Blockchain protocols like Hyperledger is clearly an undue advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps.  Experiencing fine tuning applications to improve performance and memory utilization.  Thorough understanding of iOS development for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices.  Experience of design and development of iOS applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting  Proficient with Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch  Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, SQLite, MapKit, UIKit, Core Location, etc.  String knowledge in Restful, SOAP APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services  Strong knowledge of Storyboard, Autolayout, ARC.  Experience of design and development of iOS applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting  Proficient with Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch.  experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, SQLite, MapKit, UIKit, Core Location, etc  Experience with offline storage, threading, multitasking, and performance and memory tuning with  tools  (such as Instruments).  Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines  Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred  Knowledge of Graph APIs is preferred.  Familiarity with cloud message APIs, Local and push notifications  Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, TFS or SVN)  Familiarity with continuous integration.

• Overall Experience: 4-5 years.
• Relevant Experience: 2-3 years.
• Must have knowledge of web technologies: HTML5 CSS, JavaScript, React Native.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and ES6 knowledge, React Native / NodeJS, MVC, Design Patterns, REST APIs, Swagger, and AWSFamiliarity with state/data management libraries (Redux).
• Minimum 2 years relevant and real-time experience in React Native.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, BitBucket Technology agnostic and confidence to switch technology stacks as per requirement.
• Understanding of programming in general, code optimization, and best practices for software development.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration, and deployment.
• Knowledge of general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in automated testing suites, like Jest/ Mocha/ Express, is a plus.
• Experience with Agile Development methodology.
• Familiar with App distribution Process for both iOS and Android.
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Role 2-3 years of experience required.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Proficient in rendering components with Native APIs.
• Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, modern JavaScript, HTML.
• Proficient in one or more libraries (e. g. Redux, React Router, etc) for state managing and routing in addition to React.
• Proficient in using Git as a control system.
