Data Research Analyst (DRA) – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

·        Research and extract relevant business data from various online portals, directories, and platforms.

·        Identify and qualify hot leads that align with our target customer profile.

·        Maintain and update accurate records of leads

·        Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

·        Continuously monitor lead sources and suggest new opportunities for data gathering.

Requirements:

·        Prior experience in data research, lead generation, or sales support.

·        Able to get the prospect’s email, phone numbers and more.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

·        Familiarity with sales portals like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.

·        Good communication skills and ability to understand target market requirements.

To ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance and stewardship across all phases of operations within the solar panel and battery manufacturing plant. This role will lead the implementation of proactive risk mitigation strategies, promote a culture of safety, and ensure sustainable and legally compliant environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the HSE vision, policies, and systems aligned with corporate objectives and government regulations.

- Guide the organization towards a safety-first culture with clear KPIs for safety performance.

- Influence cross-functional teams to incorporate HSE into business planning and operational execution.

- Ensure compliance with Indian and international HSE laws, including Factories Act, Environment Protection Act, and Battery Waste Management Rules.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies such as MoEFCC, MPCB, and DISH for necessary approvals, inspections, and reporting.

- Oversee implementation of safety procedures specific to solar cell manufacturing (e.g., chemical handling) and battery production (e.g., lithium-ion risks).

- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

- Monitor plant operations for potential environmental and safety hazards using modern risk assessment tools (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA).

- Design and execute regular safety drills, workshops, and certifications.

- Mentor site HSE managers and create a strong safety culture at all levels of the plant.

- Ensure behavioral safety programs and toolbox talks are embedded in daily routines.

- Sustainability and Environmental Management

- Develop programs for waste management, emissions control, water conservation, and clean energy usage.

- Implement ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks across the facility.

- Promote circular economy principles in battery lifecycle and solar module disposal.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.

- NEBOSH/IOSH Certification or equivalent HSE qualification mandatory.

- 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a large-scale manufacturing or energy plant.

- Deep understanding of solar and battery-specific safety and environmental risks.

Ideal Candidates for this Role should have:

• Minimum 5 years experience in testing.
• The candidate should have strong experience in Rest Assured, API Testing and Java.
• Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman
• Good knowledge in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• The candidate should be able to write a program to retrieve/parse the Json
• Good understanding of REST API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE) and its working.
• Good understanding of HTTP, JSON protocol and syntax
• Good knowledge in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
  Be able to work as an individual contributor and be an Expert at writing automated scripts and be 100% hands-on
  Should have automated 1000s of Test cases at various complexity levels and workflows
• Design, implementation, and delivery of scalable, maintainable, configurable and robust test automation frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and translate requirements and development stories into test scripts to ensure complete test coverage.
• Should have strong knowledge of continuous integration tools like Hudson and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of testing and automation best practices.
• Proven experience in functional, regression and cross-browser testing.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, approaches and test tools

Roles & Responsibilities:

1- Deliver extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on Toprankers products, services and capabilities to best meet the needs of the Customer.

2- Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value and drives Sales, nurturing mid to long term opportunities through regular touchpoints until they are ready for sales engagement.

3- Lead qualification and follow up of inbound leads received through various sources (including the company website, sample system, social media channels, events and other sources).

4-  Developing sales opportunities and assists in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions.

5-  Outbound calling to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective customers and contacts.

6- Communicate via various channels such as telephone, email and chat with customers and internal support areas including production, sales, engineering,  and others as necessary.

7 - Liaise effectively with various internal business partners like Engineering and marketing to resolve Customer inquiries and requests.

8-  React positively to changing business conditions by proving to be flexible and adaptable.

Skill & Abilities : 

-   Customer service experience (Sales and/or Outbound calling experience a plus) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
