About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst who can work closely with Agile/Scrum teams and bring customer insights into product development. This role will act as a bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams by leveraging data from customer success platforms like Planhat.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Scrum teams (Product Owner, Developers, Scrum Master) during sprint planning and reviews
• Bring customer insights, feedback, and product usage data into backlog prioritization
• Monitor customer health scores, adoption metrics, and churn risks using tools like Planhat or Gainsight
• Translate customer challenges into actionable user stories and requirements
• Track feature adoption post-release and provide feedback to product teams
• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to ensure alignment
• Maintain and analyze customer data in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Support renewal and retention strategies by identifying at-risk accounts

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success / Business Analysis / Product Support / Account Management
• Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Customer Success platforms (Planhat, Gainsight, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret customer data and convert it into actionable insights
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in SaaS or product-based environments preferred

Good to Have

• Exposure to Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Understanding of customer lifecycle management and SaaS metrics (churn, retention, LTV)
• Exposure to accessibility and inclusive product design

he Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration of Salesforce.com; this 

includes system configuration, (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.), creation of 

reports and dashboards, end-user training and data integrations, ensuring data hygiene and 

integrity 

●You will also be motivated, team oriented and passionate about Salesforce technology 

●Responsible for configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.com 

platform 

●Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data 

validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc 

●Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc 

●Works collaboratively with the Sales Systems team, along with other groups, as necessary, to 

ensure the requirements are understood and documented 

●The Salesforce Administrator will assist with the ongoing maintenance, support, and 

configuration of Salesforce 

●The individual in this role will work closely with subject matter experts to collaborate and 

improve Salesforce configuration, processes, and automation 

●Designing solutions and building customizations using Salesforce functions and features to meet 

Skills/Experience: 

●Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical 

degree 

●4-6 years of experience on the Salesforce Platform. 

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with 

different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business 

partners and technical teams 

●Ability to gather and transfer requirements from stakeholders into an action plan and deliver on 

that action plan leveraging internal systems as needed 

●Experience building flows and process builders, and leveraging declarative automation features 

●Experienced designing and enhancing workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, page 

layouts, custom objects, custom settings, SSO configuration, profiles & permission sets, reports 

and dashboard development 

●Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization 

expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities 

●Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide 

documentation, guidance and instruction to users Agile / SCRUM experience required.

1. Production and Demand & Supply Planning (Shift Wise/Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

2. Ensuring that customer needs are met in a way to improve customer satisfaction level

and handling customer complaints (if any) (Supplies, Services, Continuous Improvement,

Communications, etc.)

3. Building new processes / procedures.

4. Simplifying manufacturing through work study, line balancing and promoting automation

5. Prioritizing and accommodating change requests in a prioritized manner

6. Ensure Adherence to Quality assurance processes by evaluating quality of inputs,

processes and outputs.

7. Improve the topline by ensuring the RFD Adherence and Dispatch Adherence as per target

and using forward thinking to identify the possible bottlenecks to achieve the same and

hence, initiate the necessary action to de-bottleneck the process.

8. Establish a system to reduce the dependency on the workforce and set up a

semi-automatic process or low cost automation to make the process more agile and

robust.

9. Exhibit Safety Leadership by adhering to safety standards, enhancing behavioral safety,

machine safety, process safety, ergonomics safety, industrial hygiene

10.Establish a System related to EHS (Environment Health & Safety) to ensure that risks are

assessed, the workplace remains safe and healthy for manpower .

11.Ensure protection of Environment by adopting environmentally conscious practices.

12.Ensure the adherence of plant statutory compliance norms

13.Ensure the smooth batch processing of new products at Plant through the existing

resources by developing process performance & process development.

14.People Development in different segments to ensure multi skill availability of the

workforce.

15.People (White Collar) Development and Management & Middle Level Leadership

development. (Talent Management, Planning Individual Development, Upskilling, etc.)

16.Managing performance of Production employees (Staff & Workers)

17.Budgeting, Monitor & Control on Conversion and Operational Cost Management and

achieve a new benchmark.

18.Inventory control to ensure the minimal variance in ERP Vs Physical Stock.

19.Development of Local Vendor to find alternate solutions related to manufacturing and

having cost effective solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code

* Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

* Prepare the technical design of complex technology components

Mandatory Skills:

* Proficient in Java (JDK 1.7) or above JDK 8 preferable, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems with a knack for writing clean, readable Java code, writing reusable Java libraries along with knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java

* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns

* Hands on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit

* Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Microservices, RESTful

• 6+ years Java coding experience with immediate joiner
• Will be working closely with Product and Technology team
• Very good logical thinking and quick at learning and exploring new frameworks
• Hands-on with technology and providing POC
• Strong background culture of delivering projects with First time right and near-zero defects in production
