Shoppin' is shoppable social media. We layer AI visual search and virtual try-on into personalized Pinterest-style feeds and TikTok-style reels. Users discover trends, find fits, try them on virtually, and save looks to digital moodboards—then shop directly from brand websites.
We launched 4 months ago as a visual search layer for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest content. We've hit 500K users and we're just getting started. Backed by Info Edge and Mixi Global Ventures.About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer who lives in data and designs for behavior. You won't just push pixels—you'll obsess over why users drop off, what makes them share, and how every interaction moves a metric. If you spend more time in PostHog than in Figma, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end design of features across mobile and web—from wireframes to polished UI
- Live in PostHog: analyze funnels, spot friction, and design experiments to fix what's broken
- Collaborate daily with founders and engineers to ship fast and iterate faster
- Define the visual language and interaction patterns that make Shoppin' feel native to Gen-Z
- Run user research (scrappy, not formal)—talk to users, watch sessions, understand behavior
- Design for virality: think about every share button, every onboarding nudge, every moment that could turn a user into a referrer
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years designing consumer products (bonus if it's social, content, or commerce)
- Strong Figma skills—you're fast, organized, and can ship assets that don't need cleanup
- Comfortable in FigJam for flows, brainstorms, and messy thinking
- You think in funnels: K-factor, activation rates, share-to-install conversion aren't buzzwords to you—they're how you evaluate your own work
- Deep fluency in Gen-Z culture: you know what's trending before it trends, you understand the nuances between BeReal and Lemon8, and you have opinions about why certain products feel right
- High bar for craft—you notice the 2px that's off, the animation that's too slow, the copy that doesn't land
- Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for specs, you figure it out
Why Join Us
- Early-stage equity in a rocketship (500K users in 4 months)
- Shape the product from the ground up—your work will be visible to hundreds of thousands of users
- Work alongside a small, hungry team redefining how people shop
- Direct access to founders; no layers, no bureaucracy
