Job Role:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.Utilize engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitableproducts or solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales quotations, proposals, andcontracts. Ensure all customer communications are clear, professional, and effective.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act asthe primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow up on leads.Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, accounts andlogistics teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions,and sales performance. Provide regular updates to senior management.

• Should have written for videos, blogs, websites, podcasts,etc. 
• Having worked on content for corporate videos/ explainers will be an added advantage.

• Exposure to understanding the video production process would be an added benefit
• Understanding of global quality and trends in marketing content and content writing

Who should Apply:.

• iOS Engineers with 2-4 years of experience in iOS app development using Swift or

objective C.

• Engineers with working experience in Swift or Objective C, iOS Frameworks, various

architecture patterns, OOPs concepts, MVVM etc.

• Experienced with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, UI Kitetc.

• Hands-on experience in multi-threaded programming and good knowledge of

Job Description:

• Accounts and Finance:

Managing & leading the team of Finance & accounts and driving them towards the business goal of the company including Internal Control over Financial reporting, documenting, fixed assets management and complete working capital management.

• Treasury Management

Coordinating & liaisoning with the banks, renewal of working capital limits with proper documentation. Submitting the monthly/qtrly/annual statements with Banks. Involve in managing the liquidity, understanding the risk and return analysis of investment management

• Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance
  • Liaising with consultants/Auditors with respect to Bookkeeping, compliances/Statutory and Internal Audits
  • Ensure non payroll compliances under various statutory laws applicable
  • Managing Audits of under different statutes (GST/Sales Tax, Companies House)
• MIS & Analytics

Involve in preparing MIS reports by analyzing the P &L, Balance sheet and various financial reports for the understanding of top management. Involve in gathering various information and analyzing the financial data for decision making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of Industry Experience

Required Qualifications:
