Role Description

The International sales Executive in a freight brokerage company plays a vital role in supporting the sales and logistics operations. This position bridges the gap between account executives, operations, customers, and carrier partners. The coordinator is responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting with freight quotes, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination of freight movement. The goal is to provide excellent customer service, maintain organized communication, and support the sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.

• Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics of the team

• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.

• Participate in high-value client discussions, negotiations, and deal closures

• Collaborate with management to align sales goals with business objectives.

• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in an ed tech, telesales, logistics transportation, or freight brokerage environment preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

• Team player with a customer-focused attitude.

Roles and responsibilities:

- The business development counselor interacts with parents or adult learners after they have taken a demo class and have experienced the product. Since these were high intent nurtured leads, There is no cold calling required. The role involves achieving weekly revenue targets by:

- Inviting parents or the adult learners to a video counseling session

- Conducting a detailed video counseling session with the decision-makers and taking them closer to their decision to purchase

- Looking at the entire sales life-cycle, starting from engaging with parents till final conversion and i.e. enrolment in the program

What we're looking for?

- We do not look for any specific degree of GPAs. We are open to all those who have a passion for sales and the zeal to grow quickly in their career.

- You should be located in Gurgaon or should be ready to locate to Gurgaon. This is a work-from-office role.

Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

●      Clean, prepare and optimize data at scale for ingestion and consumption by machine learning models

●      Drive the implementation of new data management projects and re-structure of the current data architecture

●      Implement complex automated workflows and routines using workflow scheduling tools 

●      Build continuous integration, test-driven development and production deployment frameworks

●      Drive collaborative reviews of design, code, test plans and dataset implementation performed by other data engineers in support of maintaining data engineering standards 

●      Anticipate, identify and solve issues concerning data management to improve data quality

●      Design and build reusable components, frameworks and libraries at scale to support machine learning products 

●      Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and Technology stakeholders 

●      Analyze and profile data for the purpose of designing scalable solutions 

●      Troubleshoot complex data issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues

●      Mentor and develop other data engineers in adopting best practices

Qualifications:

●      8+ years of experience developing scalable Big Data applications or solutions on distributed platforms

●      Experience architecting data products in Streaming, Serverless and Microservices Architecture and platform.

●      Experience with Spark (Scala/Python/Java) and Kafka

●      Work experience with using Databricks (Data Engineering and Delta Lake components) 

●      Experience working with Big Data platforms, including Dataproc, Data Bricks etc
