About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled UX Product Designer to join our product team. In this role, you will work directly under the CTO and CEO, gaining real-world exposure, high ownership and the opportunity to learn and influence core product decisions from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, scalable and user-focused experiences for B2B SaaS products
• Work closely with the CTO and CEO on product vision, strategy and execution
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX best practices

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–4 years of UX/Product Design experience
• Experience ONLY in B2B SaaS product companies (Strictly no B2C experience)
• Last 2 years must be in a Product-based company
• Excellent communication skills
• Bangalore-based candidates only or willing to relocate close to the office
• Full-time graduate only (No part-time or distance education)- BTech degree preferred
• Graduate from a top-tier design school

Good to Have

• Experience working in fast-paced SaaS environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX ownership
