Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

• Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements.
• Design end-to-end Oracle PBCS solutions, including data models, forms, business rules, calculations, and workflows.
• Configure PBCS applications (modules, dimensions, hierarchies, security, and metadata) in line with best practices.
• Develop and maintain input forms, dashboards, reports, and task lists to support planning and reporting processes.
• Participate in full project lifecycle activities: requirement analysis, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Functional & Process Expertise

• Map existing financial planning and budgeting processes to Oracle PBCS capabilities and recommend process improvements.
• Design and implement driver-based planning models, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Work with finance teams to align PBCS solutions with corporate budgeting, management reporting, and financial consolidation processes.
• Provide functional guidance on integration with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, data warehouses, reporting tools).

Configuration, Testing & Documentation

• Configure business rules, calculations, allocations, and validations within PBCS.
• Support data integration and data management activities, including data loads, mappings, and validation.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and test scripts for unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, user guides, and training materials.

Stakeholder Management & Support

• Serve as a primary functional point of contact for clients on Oracle PBCS-related topics.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to drive solution adoption.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and other consultants to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Adhere to project governance, documentation standards, and change management processes.
• Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud / PBCS updates, new features, and industry best practices.
• Recommend continuous improvements to existing PBCS implementations to enhance performance, usability, and value.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 3–4 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle PBCS / EPM Cloud / Hyperion Planning functional consultant.
• Proven experience in:
• Designing and implementing Oracle PBCS planning applications.
• Building and managing dimensions, metadata, and data forms.
• Creating and maintaining business rules, calculations, and allocations.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Proficient understanding of:
• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
• Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key financial metrics.
• Experience in data integration and data management within PBCS (e.g., Data Management / Data Management integrations, flat file loads, ERP integrations).
• Skilled in working with stakeholders from finance and IT, translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other Oracle EPM Cloud modules (e.g., EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS) or on-premise Hyperion applications.
• Oracle EPM Cloud / PBCS-related certifications.
• Experience with Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP) or other ERP systems.
• Exposure to scripting or automation in the EPM context (e.g., Groovy, calculation scripts, EPM Automate).
• Experience working in consulting environments or on multi-country / global implementations.

Product & Medical Knowledge

• Develop thorough knowledge of infant formula, pediatric nutrition, and pharma-based products
• Explain product composition, benefits, usage, and differentiation clearly to doctors
• Stay updated with new product launches, guidelines, and market trends

Doctor & Customer Interaction

• Visit pediatricians, gynecologists, hospitals, and clinics
• Conduct doctor detailing with scientific and ethical promotion
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

Sales & Promotion

• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Promote products through effective communication and selling skills
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns

Reporting & Documentation

• Fill and maintain daily call reports (DCR), feedback forms, and survey formats
• Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions and market feedback
• Share timely reports with the sales manager / HO

·       Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven track record of 1-3 years in sales or business development roles for an associate and 4-6 years in sales and business development roles for a senior associate, preferably in a B2B environment.

·       Relevant experience like training Industry, HR consultancy, etc

·       Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.

The Position

This exciting role within Ashnik’s consulting team brings a great opportunity in terms of desiging and deploy Kubernetes platform solution for Ashnik’s enterprise customers, who are spread across SEA and India. This role takes a lead in consulting the customers for adoption of Kubernetes platform for their Digital Transformation journey.

Experience and skills required

• 8 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Expertise on Linux and container technologies
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in configuration and management of the Kubernetes platform
• Experienced with working on cloud service provider’s Kubernetes platform is an added advantage
• Proven technical skill in designing and delivering of enterprise level solution involving integration of complex technologies
• Knowledge and experience of CI/CD pipeline

• Analyse, understand, and review existing business process documentation to ensure the complete processes steps documented.
• Participate in various types of interviews, meetings, or workshops to define, design, and configure automation solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of solution documentation (process definition document, solution design document, user manual, process estimation etc).
• Help with the creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios prior to launch User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.
• Problem-solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.

• Act as a SPOC for customers, Project Teams, Leadership, and administration
• Run workshops with client SMEs to understand the end-to-end process

• Calculate automation % and FTE benefit and build effort estimates, No of BOT
• Present summary of findings to the client and walk them through to-be design of the automated process
