Team Leader

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in operations and administration. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate tasks between teams, and help ensure smooth workflow across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist the operations team in daily administrative and operational tasks.

 • Support scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping. 

• Help track project timelines and deliverables. 

• Maintain and update data in spreadsheets and databases accurately. 

• Prepare reports and presentations for management using Excel and other tools. 

• Coordinate communication between teams and departments. 

• Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. 

• Identify small process improvements and suggest ideas to enhance efficiency.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Angular Developer, located in Pune. The Angular Developer will be responsible for front-end web development, software development. The candidate should be proficient in Angular, .NET Core and JavaScript.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field relevant certification is typically required. Candidates with equivalent 3-6 years’ experience will be consider.

Experience- 4 to 10 yrs

Location: Pune, India (WFO)

Immediate joiners are preferred (urgent requirement).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Angular, .NET, TypeScript and JavaScript is essential. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is often required.

Knowledge of server-side languages such as Angular, Node.js, Java (Spring), or PHP (Laravel) is important.

Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.

Understanding of database design principles and SQL/NoSQL querying.

Proficiency with version control systems like Git is usually required.

Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, as well as understanding of HTTP protocols.

Familiarity with development tools and platforms such as IDEs (Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA), package managers (npm, yarn), and build tools (Webpack, Grunt, Gulp).

Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging techniques.

Understanding of containerization (Docker), deployment pipelines, and

continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices (Deployment and DevOps).

Experience:

Demonstrated experience in both frontend and backend development, with the ability to work on the entire stack.

Previous experience in developing web applications, from conceptualization to deployment.

Ability to solve complex technical problems and debug issues efficiently.

Experience working in collaborative environments, including Agile methodologies and version control systems.

Experience in IT Healthcare will be prefer.

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and conveying

technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and project requirements.

We are looking to hire a Frontend developer (Vue.js) with an experience of around 3-5 years. 

Experience in React-Native is plus.

We are looking for following skills:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and React JS, including the latest revisions of ECMAScript
• Good knowledge of the Vue.js framework and related components such as Vuex and Vue Router
• Experience with standard tools and services in JavaScript front-end development and software development, such as Git, GitHub, HTML5, Laravel, Angular, Node.js, and npm
• An understanding of advanced JavaScript concepts, such as dealing with asynchronous requests and dynamic content

OneUp is bootstrapped and profitable SaaS startup. The selected person will be leading the frontend work and will be working directly with Co-founders.

- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience preferably in Saas, customer experience or customer service domain.

- High attention to details and have proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Experience with hands-on day-to-day problem solving, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short term priorities.

- Manage a cross-functional process to translate the desired customer experience into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap and major product releases. Create buy-in for the product roadmap with internal and external stakeholders. 

- Open to discuss the requirement with the client over a call/ in person meeting.

- Develop high quality BRD's and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget.

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders , including customer service teams, UX designers, and engineers, to share timelines and deliver the client requirement/ product features within the shared timelines.

- Daily standup with various teams to track the progress.

- To oversee the development and improvement of customer service products or platforms within an organization

- Execute on the existing roadmap and contribute towards shaping the long-term strategy for CS self-service products.

- Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and timeline for the development and enhancement of customer service products.

- Effectively communicating product updates, progress, and milestones to internal stakeholders, executives, and customers, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
