Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled React.js Frontend Developer with experience in blockchain applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in React.js, Web3.js, and UI/UX best practices to build seamless decentralized applications (dApps).

Requirements :

• 3+ Years of React.js development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Web3.js or Ethers.js.
• Experience integrating smart contracts with frontend.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and dApp development.

We are looking for a Sr. PHP Laravel Developer/ TL for building high-performing, scalable,
enterprise-grade applications. You will be responsible for web application development
while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to
design to testing. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build a high-quality web application from scratch.
• Responsive and adaptive web page implementation.
• Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code to ensure the applications' best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly.
• Learn new Software/frameworks/ languages/ technology with ease.
• Must be able to apply innovative thinking at work.

Desired Skills:

• Good working knowledge of PHP-based MVC framework Laravel.
• Good knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS & Javascript and understanding of Database concepts & working knowledge of MySQL.
• A clear understanding of RESTful API development standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AngularJS is an added advantage.
• Understanding managing Linux servers & AWS/GCP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Undertake creative content creation initiatives to contribute towards business goals.
• Involve in brainstorming and pitch in ideas for social media posts and campaigns
• Liaise with concerned team members for content marketing strategies which supports and extends marketing initiatives with setting short-term goals.
• Collaborate with designer and copywriter for content requirements.
• Amalgamate ideas with creative agencies and internal team for performance marketing creatives.
• Align brand communication throughout the channels.
• Ensure content created is in sync with brand language, consistent in terms of style, tone and formats and communications as per the brand personality.
• Analyze customer/community feedback and work collaboratively to generate ideas to increase consumer engagement.
• Monitor on-going market trends and competitive activities on digital platforms.
• Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
• Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
• Understanding and involve in decisions pertaining to brand budgets.
• Set brand planning calendar, coordinate with cross-functional activities and planning processes, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
• Lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, and varied platforms.
• Involve in brand pitch and narrations for influencer/celebrity collaborations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing and creative content creation.
