We are a growing organization seeking a skilled IT Support & Migration Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, and migration projects, along with additional exposure to modern endpoint management and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise IT environments
• Plan and execute migration activities across Microsoft platforms
• Manage and support: Active Directory (AD),Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem / Online),SharePoint (On-Prem / Online)
• Assist with user, system, and application migrations ensuring minimal downtime
• Work on incident resolution, system monitoring, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth IT operations

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Active Directory (AD) administration
• Exchange Server / Exchange Online
• SharePoint administration and migration
• Experience in IT support operations (L2/L3)
• Knowledge of migration tools and methodologies
• Good understanding of Windows Server and M365 environments

Additional (Preferred) Skills

Experience with:

• Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)
• SCCM / Configuration Manager
• XDR / Endpoint Security solutions (Microsoft Defender preferred)
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure / Microsoft 365)
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Security, or Endpoint Management)
• Experience in handling migration or transformation projects

∙ Tele consult incoming Buyers, assisting them throughout their property search. ∙

Attend inbound requests and queries on selected units, scheduling/confirming site visits with trained team members for site visits. ∙

Understand the buyer's requirements, update all details in the portal, suggest best options, collect feedback, educate the buyer on facts and real estate appreciations, and guide the buyer to a decision.

∙ Moderate negotiations or forward interested buyer profiles to a team of experts for negotiations and settlement.

• 3+yrs of experience working on a JavaScript/jQuery

• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS will ensure that you can create those pixel-perfect pages with ease.
• Being able to understand design REST APIs is critical to ensure any reasonably complex functionality on the front-end.
• Experience working with build tools such as Gulp/Webpack
• Experience with TailwindCSS/Bootstrap/SCSS

Nice to Have Skills

What you need to have:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking of system defects reported by users, ensure prompt resolution to the defects reported and facilitate users in
• Assessment and implementation of service requests in according to operating procedures, g. data patching requested by users.
• Tracking and monitoring of change requests raised, conduct of impact assessment, design & implement solution and facilitate users in change request testing
• Ensure the smooth operation of the SD Portal, and support is not disrupted during normal office working
• Maintain the development hardware and software patches and update changes to the documentation where necessary
• Upgrade of software such as application server, and testing arising from the software upgrade.
• Respond to calls and email messages from users about problems or queries regarding Portal, execution of scheduled events such as monthly jobs, financial/calendar year- end activities, interface testing, support of audit-related activities, decommissioning activities.
• Manage project timeline, resources, scope and change requests.
• Review deliverables and ensure they are of requisite

Requirement:                          

• You have at least 5-6 years of working experience in information technology; of which at least 3 years of working experience in software development using OutSystems Agile development platform and at least 1 project implementation experience in OutSystems.
• You have some experience in supporting IT projects on OutSystems Platform
• You have good knowledge of software development, specifically in OutSystems and domain knowledge in the areas of Human Resource or Corporate Administration.
• You have strong technical skills in OutSystems, Microsoft SQL Server platform.

• This position involves testing activities of all phases of software development life cycle and the development of GUI automated tests for end-to-end testing of a Business-to-Business web application that spans Front Office (website) and Back Office (Linux) implementations. The successful candidate will be working closely in a team environment with product development engineers and quality assurance to create automated acceptance, functional, smoke tests and performance tests.
• Ownership of the entire test cycle for an Agile team, including story decomposition and sizing, test and test automation approach, test plans and objective creation, testing.
• Maintaining test suites and test tools, test environment setup, defect management, test execution and test reporting.
• Work on improving Best Practices in Test Management and Quality Assurance Process.

• 5-10 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Selenium Web-driver. 
• Good understanding of QA methodology, automation expertise and ability to code.
• Good understanding of various operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Linux/Unix.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational database such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Good understanding of browser technologies such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox, and Google Chrome.
• Good knowledge of Rest API testing.
• Some knowledge of programming/scripting languages/environments such as XML, JavaScript, Perl, PL/SQL and Unix/Linux Shell, Python.
• Some understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP and SSL.
• Some knowledge of programming languages such as Java.
• Experience with tools such as Selenium strongly desired.
• Experience with tools such as cucumber strongly desired.
• Experience in supply chain management software and industry an advantage.
