Operational Support

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive with experience in IT Services Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Outreach. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline for Mobile App Development, Web Development, AI Solutions, and Custom Software services.

The role primarily focuses on lead generation, prospect engagement, appointment setting, and initial requirement understanding to support the Business Development and Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, and other online platforms
• Identify potential clients and decision-makers for IT services and software solutions
• Conduct outbound prospecting and initiate client conversations
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the Business Development/Sales team
• Understand basic client requirements and update CRM records accordingly
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects
• Maintain and manage sales pipeline and lead tracking reports
• Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for lead qualification
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Support sales campaigns and business development activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / IT Sales
• Experience in IT Services or Software Sales is preferred
• Good understanding of Mobile App Development, Web Development, or Software Services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic understanding of client requirement gathering and sales process

Role Responsibilities-

● P&L Lead - Build and scale influencers as performance channel rather than the awareness channel at Foxtale . Responsible for P&L of the channel.

● Growth Plan - Build a long term growth model for influencers channel, design quarterly and monthly objectives and metrics to be tracked and execute experiments optimizing for the right metrics.

● Execution - Lead the team, coordinate with the internal teams and agency, Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates for content, and ensure the relevant agreements are in place.

● Impact Analysis - Analyse the end of campaign performance, identify successes and optimize for the improvements.

Requirements -

● 2-3 years experience in leading influencer marketing for any brand is necessary

● Prior experience in leading P&L and in leading teams is necessary

● Prior experience in Growth marketing is good -to have

● Experience in D2C brand and beauty/skincare brands is an advantage

Experience required:

• Experience in developing enterprise wide web-based n-Tier applications using Microsoft and JavaScript technology stack.
• Fluent knowledge and hands-on experience in C# ASP.Net WebAPI with .Net Core/ .Net 5+, Angular (4/5+) with TypeScript, Angular Material, CSS, HTML 5, Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of nHibernate, IoC Containers, any SQL DB and any NoSQL DB would be an added advantage.
• Having experience in container technology (Kubernetes/Dockers) and microservices implementation would be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in unit testing using tools like xUnit and mocking framework etc. CI/CD process are an added advantage
• Good knowledge and experience of OOAD, SOA and RESTful based patterns and implementation.
• Good understanding of Design patterns and their implementation

• Should have experience in configuring Informatica Data Director in reference to the Data
