We are seeking a fast, creative, and technically skilled 3D Explainer Video Producer to transform daily incident briefs into short, high-impact explainers within hours. You will work across a blend of real-time 3D pipelines and AI-powered tools to deliver cinematic-quality videos that help the world understand fast-moving events — all while staying aligned to our visual brand.

Key Responsibilities

Translate incident briefs into concise visual storylines and scene concepts

• Create or AI-generate 3D assets using Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max

• Animate scenes using real-time engines like Unreal Engine or Unity

• Composite titles, graphics, and voiceovers using After Effects and Premiere (or Resolve)

Required Skills

1+ years of 3D/motion-graphics production experience

Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max

Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity for cinematic rendering

Advanced use of After Effects and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve)

Strong storyboard literacy and ability to convert briefs into visual sequences

Familiarity with AI tools for asset creation, animation, or TTS

Fast, efficient, and organized with excellent communication skills

Journalism, news, or media production experience

Python, C#, or scripting for pipeline automation

Responsibilities:

• Implement solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365
• Primary responsibilities will be designing, prototyping, and supporting of testing, development and refactoring end-to-end applications on ever-changing modern technology platforms in public/hybrid cloud environments.
• Use multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Flow, and preferably create custom connectors for PowerApps and Microsoft Flow.
• Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions.
• Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.
• Interpret and design database models (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc. ).
• Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.
• Create documentation for projects including design, asset inventory, diagrams, and presentations as well as documentation of the environment and deployment for our support and future implementations teams.
• Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PowerApps
• Bachelors or masters in computer science or any related field
• Microsoft Certification in PowerApps will be an added advantage

Skills And Qualifications

• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture

Accounts Payable

• Excellent knowledge in Invoice Processing & T&E claims and guide the team
• Handle all payment exceptions, including positive pay items, and administers all special handling
• Performs internal duplicate payment reviews daily.
• Reviews all A/P checks subject to escheatment.
• Vendor reconciliation & follow-up with the vendor
• Compliance audits
• Month-end activities of chargeback, accrual, reporting, and analysis
• Performance Reporting, Management, and SLA Adherence
• People Management – Should be able to lead a team of 10 – 15 people

Accounts Receivable

• Monitor daily activities such as Customer Master, Cash Applications, Billing, Dunning, etc.,
• Period / quarterly accounting and analysis: Period P&L and Sales Reporting
• Identify the unallocated/unapplied cash and work with onshore teams in clearing the customer accounts
• KPI/SLA management
• Performance Management and Reporting

General Ledger

• Responsible for service delivery with zero surprises for a particular process e.g. Reconciliation and Journals
• Responsible for driving process standardization and delivery excellence for the process and team
• Responsible for pro-active issue resolution and troubleshooting
• Single point of contact and L1 escalation level

Relevant Experience: 2-6 yrs

• Hands on Experience and manage Node js, Mongo DB, Angular and Express js.
• Architect, Develop, test and deploy robust products that are fast, scalable and highly responsive
• Design and maintain large and complex databases, both relational and non-relational databases.
• Establish, refine and integrate development environment tools and software as needed
• Deploy applications on AWS cloud with ability to quickly debug hosting related issues.
