Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Staffing

Role Overview:

• This is a Business Development role in an IT Staffing & Recruitment company.
• Your primary responsibility will be to bring new clients and generate business for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

About the Role

As a Principal Engineer at EquityList, you’ll own and drive the engineering direction of the company. You’ll work with an existing team of 4 strong full-stack engineers, writing production code while setting the technical bar across architecture, scalability, and reliability.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and product leadership to turn business priorities into well-designed systems, guide major technical decisions, and ensure we move fast without breaking fundamentals.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer experienced in Embedded C development, Linux Kernel programming, and Device Driver design. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and debug embedded software in C for SoM(System On Modules).
