- Good Communications Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Performance testing
- Strong Experience in Load Testing
- Experience in Neoload
- Experience in Performance Monitoring tools
- Strong experience in designing load testing strategies and leading the activities from planning, preparation, execution and reporting phases
- Knowledge on Application Performance Monitoring tools Experience in working with middleware protocols like Web services (XML, JSON), MQ and technologies involving microservices architecture.
