Sales Manager

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Operate a hands-on role involving penetration testing and vulnerability assessment activities of complex Web applications, operating systems, wired and wireless networks, and mobile applications/devices
• Delivering targeted and intelligence led security penetration testing through a robust testing methodology and process
• Craft and develop scripts, frameworks, tools, and the methods required for facilitating and executing sophisticated charges, emulating malicious actor behavior sought at avoiding detection
• Conduct security assessments on a wide variety of technologies and implementations
• Develop and maintain security testing plans
• Maintain and evolve a mature set of security penetration testing and internal Red Team processes covering all areas of technology
• Automate penetration and other security testing on networks, systems and applications
• Develop meaningful metrics to reflect the true posture of the environment allowing the organization to make educated decisions based on risk
• Produce actionable, threat-based, reports on security testing results
• Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff

Salary: Upto 50,000 per month

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing engagement, nurturing leads, extracting contacts, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. The candidate should possess expertise in Email copywriting, have the capability to guide designers in email designing, and be proficient in campaign planning, work/content calendar management, and monthly report analysis.

Responsibilities:

1) Project Preparation:

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather requirements for email campaigns.
• Understand the brand, analyze competitors and conduct market research for strategic planning.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines in the form of a content calendar.
• Set up tools, manage email/domain setups, and verify contact information.
• Ensure the integration of email marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.

2) Campaign Planning:

• Strategize and plan email campaigns based on target audience and marketing goals.
• Segment email lists to deliver personalized and targeted content.
• Analyze data and insights to optimize future email campaigns.

3) Working on Projects:

• Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from creation to deployment.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design teams, integrate feedback, and optimize E-commerce flows.
• Oversee end-to-end email campaign management, including copywriting, guiding designer and design implementation.

4)Team Management:

• Lead and manage a collaborative team.
• Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths.
• Provide guidance and support for professional development.

Requirements:

• Graduation/ Diploma is a must.
• 2-5 years experience as an Email Marketing Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce and Cold email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing for optimization.
• Strong understanding of email marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp/Klaviyo/instantly etc.
• Proficiency in real-time analytics, post-campaign analysis, and generating detailed reports.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, engage in advanced planning, and manage project timelines effectively.
• Expertise in Email copywriting.
• Leadership skills for leading and managing a collaborative team.
• Ability to delegate tasks and provide guidance for team members.
• A positive and supportive approach to foster a productive team environment.

1. Solid technical skills with a proven and successful history working with data at scale and empowering organizations through data
2. Big data processing frameworks: Spark, Scala, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, EMR with Python
3. Advanced experience and hands-on architecture and administration experience on big data platforms

• Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, scalable, extensible, and maintainable code as well as perform code review.
• Lead a team of highly efficient developers working on agile development practices including sprint planning.
• Apply design principles and patterns in creating enterprise-level solutions, as needed.
• Design products, services, and systems that are resilient to the iteration and change required by the needs of the business.

• Expertise in building robust REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like ExpressJS, NextJS, and Fastify.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL and Redis.
• Hands-on experience in working with React-related libraries like Redux,
• MaterialUI and frameworks like NextJS.
• Strong hands-on experience with source code management systems like git.
• Working knowledge of WebSocket technologies.
