• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web and desktop applications using .NET

technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET Framework and .NET

Core technologies.

• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web

API.

• Develop and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework and interact with SQL Server

or other relational databases.

• Implement responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern

frameworks like Angular or React.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness for web applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and other developers

throughout the SDLC.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET application development.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET development.

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.

• Proficiency in Entity Framework and SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Solid front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Angular or

React.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

• Experience in full-stack development with an ability to manage both backend and frontend

requirements.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Responsible to lead a team of contact center resources and ensure effective service level adherence through timely and accurate resolution of advisor and client queries daily

- Coach phone agent performance via e-mail, phone, and face to face interactions regarding policies and procedures, system knowledge & customer service skills. Be responsible for field questions/escalations with in-bound calls and facilitate call-backs, as needed

- Partner with Human Resources and functional Leaders to formulate career progression / employee development plans

- Provide Leadership guidance and motivate team members to improve/sustain performance through effective coaching and mentoring techniques, individually through periodic 1-0-1 meetings, and also at a team level through regular huddles and team meetings

- Perform quality review functions for the team, including real time and recorded call monitoring sessions and end to end error checking, reporting, and validation through the appropriate channels

- Share quality results with phone agents and leader, identify gaps and facilitate trainings. Serve as a mentor to provide agents with feedback to improve their overall performance

- Coaching team members at all levels; development of poor performers whilst also inspiring top performers.

- Assist in customer service-related, business-driven, process improvement initiatives, or related projects to provide subject matter expertise, as well as serve as a resource to less-experienced customer service team members, as necessary

- Participate in business-driven projects and initiatives

- Understanding of metrics and ability to speak to spikes in volume and other outlier issues.

- Manage team s daily work volumes and transactions accurately, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training the field team on Sales pitch on regular basis

2. Responsible for revenue generation through sales

3. Drive the off-line lead generation activities for the cities (primarily through referrals) 4. Ensure

minimum 50% sales conversion on the leads assigned to the team 5. Figure out new channels

to generate more leads off-line and ensure conversions on the same 6. Regular evaluation of

the sales team through test and measure their performance 7. Improve the sales efficiency of

the sales team

8. Tracking MoM performance for each of the field sales team

9. Work on the reports for the management and ensure data sanity

10. Real time handling the objection during sales and assisting the field sales team when they

are in front of the client

11. Share feedback on the pricing, policy change and other circumstances which may cause

downfall in sales numbers

12. Conduct motivation sessions with team to keep their moral high
