Job Summary: 

The Powertrain Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) Specialist having responsibilities for developing and managing the diagnostic trouble codes for powertrain systems. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of diagnostic solutions that meet quality and regulatory standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• DTC Development and Management: 
• Experience in Diagnostics and Fault Management 
• Developing powertrain diagnostic strategies and DTCs, understanding of DTC Structure. 
• Ensure that diagnostic systems meet OBD I and II (On-Board Diagnostics) standards. 
• Maintain and update the DTC related Documents as new systems are developed and existing 
• systems are modified. 
• Knowledge of ISO14229. 
• Experienced programming with C/C++ 

Collaboration and Communication with Testing and Validation Team: 

• Working closely with the validation and vehicle testing teams for resolving reported issues to improve overall vehicle performance. 
• Based on testing & validate feedback: Analyzing, Diagnosing, Debugging and troubleshooting reported software issues, providing effective solutions. 
• Coordinate with software developers to ensure seamless operation and accurate reporting of DTCs. 
• Perform root cause analysis for diagnostic emissions and drivability cases. 

Documentation and Reporting: 

• Prepare comprehensive documentation for diagnostic algorithms and code functionalities. 
• Report on the performance and accuracy of diagnostic systems 

Support and Training: 

• Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers regarding diagnostic 
• systems. 
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions 

Education:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field

•Certifications in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps, or DevOps (preferred)

Experience:

•8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, or AI Systems Architecture

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and implement an AI Receptionist using Retell AI and Make (formerly Integromat). This AI Receptionist will handle incoming broker calls, collect loan request details, integrate with Salesforce, and automate follow-up communications.

Scope of Work

The solution should:

1. Receive Incoming Calls

• Integrate with our phone system and Retell AI to answer broker calls professionally.
• Detect caller intent and initiate a structured loan intake conversation.

1. Prompt Loan Request Details

• Use natural language conversation to gather key loan scenario data:
• Borrower and broker information
• Property type, location, value
• Loan amount requested, purpose, and timeline
• Any special circumstances (e.g., foreclosure bailout, BK buyout, etc.)

1. Data Handling & Automation

• Send collected call details to Salesforce as a new Lead.
• Email a summary of the loan request to our broker group.
• Send an automated confirmation email to the caller.
• Send an SMS confirmation text to the caller with a thank-you and next steps.

1. Integration Requirements

• Use Retell AI for call handling and voice interactions.
• Use Make for workflow automation (Salesforce, email, SMS).
• Ensure all data flows securely and complies with applicable regulations.
