Working Schedule:

 

9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Alternate Saturdays Off.

Job Description:

Should have hands on technical experience in Design and Development of Web application using Sitecore,
C# and MVC.NET. Experience in implementation solutions using Sitecore 9.x / 10.x, React JS / Node JS, SXA / JSS headless implementation.
Strong development skills in ASP.NET MVC, EF, WebAPI, .NET, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, HTML, CSS, AngularJS / ReactJS Strong database experience including database design/ normalization preferably SQL Server & Azure SQL Experience in Search Providers Solr/Azure.
Search Experience in using Unicorn/TDS for Content Serialization Sitecore Information Architecture, Sitecore Back-End Architecture, Marketing Automation etc.
Experience with WCF, Web services and Web integration technologies like REST, SOAP and XML Experience with DevSecOps using GitLab / Azure.

§ Experience of developing web based enterprise wide applications in .NET4.5 (C#, ASP.NET), WCF, WPF, AJAX etc

§ Understanding of enterprise application development and deployment.

§ Good understanding OOPS and Design Patterns and experience of tools like Enterprise Architect.

§ Good knowledge of RDBMS design, programming and DBA concepts and experience of working in SQL Server and Oracle databases.

- Work on the MERN stack to help towards the development of new applications and enhancements to the current working application.
- Flexibility in being able to adapt to newer trending stacks.  
- Communicate with the backend, frontend, and computer vision developers to make sure that the application pipeline works and push changes to the staging environment.
- Refactoring code and ensuring MVC architecture is followed.
- Work with technologies such as Docker, MongoDBCompass, Git, and Figma.
- Co-Review pull requests with the lead developer and merge the code to the appropriate branch.
- To be able to follow deadlines and work with the development team to ensure that the product pipeline is working smoothly.
- Write clear and consistent code that is easily readable and understandable.
- Willingness to learn and master new concepts.

- Knowledge of digital ad tech ecosystem

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a professional environment on full-stack development

- Proven expertise in creating and developing scalable enterprise or B2C web applications

- Experience in REST API development and MVC/MVVM development methodologies

- Deep understanding of the underlying architecture of web servers, load balancing, and browser nuances. Basically, a solid understanding of fundamentals - including execution models, asynchronous programming, object-oriented concepts, relational concepts, etc.

- Proficiency in one or more of Node.js/MEAN stack, Python, Java or other frameworks and willing to be flexible on stack as per the requirement of the project. Most of our current development is on the MEAN stack - expertise in the stack will be a definite plus

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - - Understand requirements and use them to create comprehensive well- designed specifications - Lead the technical team by ensuring timely deliveries and respecting Sprints using SCRUM methodology - Lead design and development of our core web application using service- oriented architecture exposing APIs for internal and external clients. - Implement architecture and design patterns to help ensure that systems scale. - Establish processes and best practices around development standards. - Review product requirements in order to give development estimates and product feedback. - Apply technical expertise to challenging architecture and design problems. SKILLS / COMPETENCIES - - Extensive experience in developing enterprise-grade applications on C#/.NET, HTML, CSS, JS. - Master building service-oriented architecture, web services, and APIs - Product delivery and product management experience compulsory. - Experience with PostgreSQL and database design. - Successful experience managing a development team on complex projects - Experience with software design patterns: MVC, MVVM - Strong knowledge of Web Standards, OWASP security principles, and data encryption/security - The proponent of continuous integration, unit testing, and automation - Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Net Core and Angular2 will be considered as an added advantage.
