2 years of inside calling experience around IT hardware and software sales

Identify prospects grow and manage sales pipeline to achieve targets

Coordinate software demos and service presentations with prospects and the internal business development team.

Experience in market research, data mining and cold calling.

Generate new potential clients through cold calling, and social media platforms.

Communicating with the Organization heads and scheduling the appointments for product demos.

Self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a member of a remote team.

Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets

Market Research to identify new markets and prospects.

Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)

Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining client relationships

Good convincing ability and confident personality.

Data-driven approach towards the sales process.

Full understanding of the sales process from database generation to fixing the appointments.

Min 1 year of relevant experience in software/hardware sales

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of lead generation and email hunting.

Excellent knowledge of search engines, web analytics and business research tools.

Adequate knowledge of data collection methods.

Strong analytical and critical thinking.

Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information

Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle technical requests filed by the end users of the product, handle troubleshooting and resolve errors.

Key job responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Issues
• When technical issues with the product arise, production support engineers must act quickly to analyze the available data and find the root cause of the problem. They may then develop a solution themselves or pass the problem on to other engineering team members, all the while providing users with progress updates.
• Contribute to Product Development
• Production support engineers participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing. They also create useful tools such as internal software to automate key processes or platforms where customers can send inquiries and reviews.
• Assist Users
• This role entails interacting with product users, often external customers but sometimes also employees. These interactions can occur in various setups, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and live messaging chats. In all of these cases, it’s vital to address concerns promptly and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Prepare Technical Documentation
• Production support engineers prepare extensive documentation when logging product issues, as they must note all details, including their observations, diagnoses, and action steps. Other common tasks include weekly reports summarizing production performance, release notes for upgrades, and troubleshooting guides.
• Suggest Improvements
• Because production support engineers deal with product issues first-hand, they can readily suggest overall product improvements, such as features that customers want. Ideally, they should also proactively evaluate engineering processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency

Basic Skills & Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Should be familiar with Database tools (such as excel or MySQL)
• Should be familiar with Industry-specific tools (such as programming languages)
• Should be familiar with Customer support software (such as Zoho Desk, Zendesk, or LiveAgent)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training the field team on Sales pitch on regular basis

2. Responsible for revenue generation through sales

3. Drive the off-line lead generation activities for the cities (primarily through referrals) 4. Ensure

minimum 50% sales conversion on the leads assigned to the team 5. Figure out new channels

to generate more leads off-line and ensure conversions on the same 6. Regular evaluation of

the sales team through test and measure their performance 7. Improve the sales efficiency of

the sales team

8. Tracking MoM performance for each of the field sales team

9. Work on the reports for the management and ensure data sanity

10. Real time handling the objection during sales and assisting the field sales team when they

are in front of the client

11. Share feedback on the pricing, policy change and other circumstances which may cause

downfall in sales numbers

12. Conduct motivation sessions with team to keep their moral high

Requirement: -

• Managing a team of 3-4 engineers 
• Hands on experience in Web applications and Mobile applications.
• 2+ years of professional experience working with React Native.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Should have experience in React.js as well
• Experience working with Swift, Objective C, and Java a plus.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Familiar with Agile development methodology
• Should have strong fundamentals in React Native
• Should be good at Languages React Native, iOS, Android mobile
• Should be well versed with mobile application architecture
• Ensure and apprise stakeholders of technical feasibility, effort, and impact of implementations.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements.
• Able to convert business requirements to sizable tasks for developers to implement.
