Role Overview

The Payroll Executive will manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee support related to compensation and attendance. This role ensures accurate salary disbursement, maintains payroll records, and supports HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll processing: Handle monthly salary disbursement and ensure accuracy of payroll inputs (attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements).
Statutory compliance: Ensure adherence to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labor laws.
Record management: Maintain payroll records, employee data, and payroll software.
Tax coordination: Validate investment declarations, prepare Form 16, and support employee tax returns.
