We are hiring for a Product Manager who will -

• Own business outcomes, not just releases and contribute on strategy to execution path

What Will You Own -

1.Business Outcome Ownership-

You will own measurable business metrics such as:

• Product led growth mapped to business and revenue enablers
• Adoption and activation metrics
• Retention, NPS, and customer expansion
• Cross / upsell enablement via Product Strategy

2. Market & Competitive Intelligence-

• Build deep understanding of India and Global retail tech landscape
• Identify whitespace and defensible product moats
• Translate macro trends (AI, omnichannel, automation) into product advantage
• Shape 12–18 month strategic product direction aligned to market growth KPIs

3. Customer-Backwards Thinking-

• Lead structured discovery with customers
• Convert insights into scalable, repeatable product bets
• Protect long-term product integrity over short-term customizations

4. Product Craft & Execution Excellence-

• Translate strategy into crisp PRDs and solution briefs. We need PMs who will deliver prototypes not just PRDs
• Drive prioritization frameworks grounded in ROI and impact
• Exceptional product sense knowing when to prioritize speed and when to invest in foundational work
• Builder mindset with obsession for speed and constraint free thinking.

5. AI-Native Product Innovation-

• Identify opportunities to embed AI native solutions into product workflows
• Move beyond dashboards into automation & copilots that could add delight to customers
• Be obsessed to test and adopt all contemporary AI tools and technologies

6. Own the success post launch-

• Define success metrics and monitor product performance post launch
• Use data and analytics to make informed prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Equip sales, support and marketing so they can prepare their work and effectively communicate and win with customers

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Product Manager with relevant industry (ERP/POS/B2B SaaS in RetailTech) experience OR Top College MBA graduate with 2 years experience in product company
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS in Retail Tech Industry OR POS OR Supply-chain/Logistic-Tech OR Commerce / Omnichannel platforms.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have proven track record of driving measurable business impact, such as improvements in product adoption, revenue, retention, activation, or customer experience, rather than only delivering features.
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must demonstrate end-to-end product ownership, including product discovery, PRD creation, prioritization, launch, and post-launch performance tracking
• Mandatory (Stability) – Candidate should have worked minimum 1.5 years in each company
• Mandatory (Company) - Ecommerce / POS/ Retail Tech SaaS Companies
• Mandatory (Note): Top College MBA graduate with 2 years experience in product company will also work

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Graphic Design Manager / Assistant Design Manager with 8–10 years of relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and managerial abilities, a strong creative vision, and hands-on expertise in graphic design. This role requires someone capable of leading a team of designers, managing client relationships, and driving projects from concept through execution with strategic insight and creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of graphic designers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end design process for multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and brand consistency are met.
• Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their design needs, presenting creative concepts, and integrating feedback efficiently.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to define and execute impactful visual communication strategies.
• Design Execution: Supervise the creation of visual assets including branding, digital campaigns, social media creatives, print collateral, presentations, etc.
• Quality Control: Review and approve all design deliverables to ensure they meet brand guidelines, visual standards, and project objectives.
• Resource Planning: Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure optimal utilization of team resources.
• Innovation: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the creative output.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects across digital and print media.
• Excellent knowledge of design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects), Figma, etc.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously with effective time and team management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Solid understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and marketing principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a design agency, advertising firm, or in-house marketing/design team.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.

What you need to shine?

• You have the prior experience in modernising legacy applications.
• You are a passionate hands-on developer with deep experience in building enterprise grade software in Microsoft ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SOA, Micro-Services and RESTful Services with knowledge of SQL Server database.
• You have the ability to see and work on the big picture (Application Architecture) and devilish details (Complex Code).
• Strong experience in developing web applications using C#, VB.Net, .NET, LINQ, Net Framework 4.0, MVC 3/4/5, ASP.NET Web API, .Net Core etc.
• You are Cloud savvy, preferably Google Cloud.
• You have rich experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with good knowledge of practical design-patterns and its applications.
