Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, pitching our services, and converting prospects into customers. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate service offerings (Mobile Apps, Websites, UI/UX, etc.).
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Schedule client meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain CRM tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in IT or digital services.
