Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM & Recruiting Cloud Technical Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementation and support of multi-country Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, particularly Recruiting Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have delivered multiple end-to-end implementations and/or global support projects, with strong exposure to US & Canada clients, and deep technical expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, Redwood UI, and Fast Formula.
This role requires strong technical ownership, ability to work independently or as a Technical Lead, and excellent client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion HCM & Recruiting
- Lead technical implementation and ongoing support for Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud and Core HR.
- Configure and support Recruiting, Talent Management, and/or Compensation modules (minimum 2 required).
- Design and maintain workforce structures, security roles, approvals, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Integrations & Technical Development
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards.
- Strong hands-on experience with HDL, Fast Formula, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Design and support REST API–based integrations, SSO integrations, and third-party job board integrations.
- Work on complex inbound/outbound integrations using WIM / XML APIs.
Reporting & Analytics
- Translate business requirements into value-added analytics and reports.
- Develop complex data models and reporting solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud or Cognos BI is a plus.
Patching, Upgrades & UI
- Assess and implement Oracle quarterly updates and patches.
- Work with Redwood UI components and enhancements.
- Evaluate upgrade impacts and ensure system stability post-deployment.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in client-facing requirement discussions, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
- Support user training and documentation.
- Collaborate with global teams with partial US time zone overlap (3–4 hours).
