Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that software solutions align with business objectives and user requirements

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, providing technical direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Define and implement architectural designs for scalable, robust, and maintainable applications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance practices, and performance optimization.

Full-Stack Development

• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and reusable component architecture.
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js , including RESTful APIs, business logic, and data integrations.
• Implement real-time features and integrate third-party APIs for enhanced functionality.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in design and technical discussions, evaluating alternatives and mitigating potential risks.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and post-release support.

Quality Assurance & DevOps

• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to cloud deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization practices.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks in full-stack development.
• Recommend process improvements and technical upgrades to enhance system performance and team efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

Frontend: JavaScript, React.js, Redux, HTML5 CSS3

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST API design

Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational/non-relational databases

DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD pipelines

Version Control: Git and branching strategies

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML) to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions across our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI, along with solid experience in software engineering principles. This role requires a hands-on technologist who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance AI systems that deliver measurable business impact.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML models and applications.
• Design scalable, maintainable AI architectures and data pipelines.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and peers across data science and software engineering teams.

Solution Design and Development:

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to identify and define AI-driven solutions.
• Develop, evaluate, and optimise model training strategies, evaluation metrics, and deployment methods.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools (e. g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain drive their adoption where relevant.

Project Management:

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables with defined timelines and milestones.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in production environments.
• Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely delivery of AI solutions.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with DevOps, MLOps, and Data Engineering teams for seamless model integration and deployment.
• Effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of overall software engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in AI/ML development.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and Generative AI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), PyTorch, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain.

Proven experience in:

• Deep Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• NLP Models: Transformers, BERT, LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc. ).
• ML Lifecycle Tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, Azure ML.
• Model Deployment: REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless Architectures.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure.
• Vector Databases: FAISS, Qdrant, Pinecone, and semantic search implementations.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, with familiarity in SQL, Scala, or Java as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, or RAG-based systems.
• Understanding of Responsible AI practices, including bias detection, model explainability, and governance.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in recognised AI research forums.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in programming, cloud architecture, and GenAI solution development using LLMs, along with proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to deliver complex IT solutions.
• Design, architect, and implement cloud-based AI applications leveraging Azure and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop, integrate, and deploy GenAI solutions using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
• Provide technical direction and thought leadership to both the development team and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Total Experience: 8–12 years in IT, with at least 2+ years as a Technical Lead or Architect.
