Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FitNesse fixtures and supporting Java components for automated regression testing of Calypso Back Office modules.
• Design and implement automation solutions using Java and Calypso APIs to validate business workflows and application functionality.
• Build, enhance, and maintain reusable automated regression suites for critical Back Office business processes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into automated test scenarios.
• Integrate new functionality into the existing automation framework while ensuring code quality, maintainability, and reusability.
• Analyse automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the automation framework and QE best practices.
• Ensure adequate regression coverage for new features, enhancements, and production fixes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for test automation, framework design, and release quality.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Java development experience.
• Hands-on experience with the Calypso Back Office module.
• Experience developing and maintaining Java-based automation framework components.
• Good understanding of Calypso APIs and integration mechanisms.
• Experience with Git or other source control systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with FitNesse.
• Understanding of regression testing and Quality Engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, test automation, or Quality Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions and intelligent features using Python.
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance knowledge retrieval and contextual AI responses.
• Develop AI applications using modern frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AI Agents/Autonomous Workflows.
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, including OpenAI and similar platforms, into enterprise-grade applications.
• Design, implement, and manage vector databases to enable semantic search and AI-driven information retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
