This role requires a strong mix of business analysis, technical expertise, and project management skills to lead Opteamix’s journey toward becoming a truly Digital and AI-First organization—efficient, competitive, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Process Re-engineering
- Partner with HR, Recruitment, Finance, Admin, and Sales leaders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Recommend process simplifications, automation, and system integration opportunities.
2. Technical Leadership & Solutioning
- Lead evaluation, design, and implementation of enterprise IT solutions (HRMS, CRM, PSA, Finance systems).
- Maintain a consistent technology ecosystem and ensure proper maintenance practices.

Qualifications
