About the role:
● Research the latest job trends in the market
● Sourcing opportunities in the formal sector for the youth across Lighthouses
● Liaison and coordination with new employers across Pune City by calling and visiting, to keep track of the new openings and signing MoU
● Getting employers for in-house campus drive/job fest
● Holding daily placement meetings with the Placement Youth Coordinators of each Lighthouse for -
⮚ briefing them about the new job vacancies and
⮚ coordinating with them to align candidates from each Lighthouse for interviews
⮚ collecting daily placement data from the Placement Youth Coordinators and publishing report
● Arrange and conduct placement preparation sessions with the youth
● Conduct orientation programs across the Lighthouse for the youth
● Placements Tracking, Preparing reports and Audit to be done on a regular basis
● Maintain proper data and documentation on a daily basis
Requirements:
● MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 2-5 years of experience in Placement or working in HR consulting firms
● Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills
● Strong orientation towards relationship building and problem-solving
● Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English
