- Candidate should have 7+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales within the packaging industry, who can close large-scale B2B opportunities in manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, and other relevant sectors.

- Candidate should have Experience of curating pipelines and closing targets at close to 20 % closure rates.

- Ready to travel and be with the client.

- Candidate must have Deep understanding of packaging solutions, materials, manufacturing, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

· Advanced ML & Deep Learning: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning models for Content Recommendation Engines, Churn Prediction, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

· Generative AI Implementation: Prototype and integrate GenAI solutions (using LLMs like Gemini/GPT) for automated Metadata Tagging, Script Summarization, or AI-driven Chatbots for viewer engagement.

· Develop and maintain high-scale video processing pipelines using Python, OpenCV, and FFmpeg to automate scene detection, ad-break identification, and visual feature extraction for content enrichment

· Cloud Orchestration: Utilize GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow) to build scalable data pipelines and manage the full ML lifecycle (MLOps).

· Business Intelligence & Storytelling: Create high-impact, automated dashboards in to track KPIs for data-driven decision making

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams to translate "viewership data" into "strategic growth."

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in Media/OTT: Prior experience working with large scale data from broadcast channels, videos, streaming platforms or digital ad-tech.

· Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science).

· Product Mindset: Ability to not just build a model, but to understand the business implications of the solution.

· Communication: Exceptional ability to explain "Neural Network outputs" to a "Creative Content Producer" in simple terms.

• 5 to 6 years and 2 to 3 Years in RPA  - Business analyst
• Analyse, understand, and review existing business process documentation to ensure the complete processes steps documented.
• Participate in various types of interviews, meetings, or workshops to define, design, and configure automation solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of solution documentation (process definition document, solution design document, user manual, process estimation etc).
• Help with the creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios prior to launch User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.
• Problem-solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
• Manage end to end Project Lifecycle
• Act as a SPOC for customers, Project Teams, Leadership, and administration
• Run workshops with client SMEs to understand the end-to-end process
• Identify any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
• Calculate automation % and FTE benefit and build effort estimates, No of BOT
• Present summary of findings to the client and walk them through to-be design of the automated process
• Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
• Must be able to provide suggestions for the improvement of existing process and design to-be flows

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge or working experience on after-effects is added advantage.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
