About the role

We're looking for a tech lead to set the technical direction for a growing team and raise the bar for everyone around them. • Collaborate with leadership to align engineering priorities with customer commitments, product roadmaps, and business objectives.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, React, MySQL, Python, and AWS.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs, database design, system integrations, and cloud-based deployments.
• Experience building, maintaining, and scaling production-grade mobile and web applications.
• Strong debugging, code review, system design, and performance optimization skills.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions and take ownership of issues from identification through resolution.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of relevant software engineering experience, with demonstrated progression into technical leadership.
• Prior experience leading a team of junior and mid-level engineers.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company or an enterprise technology environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise client implementations, integrations, and production deployments.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline, preferably from a Tier-1 engineering college.
