Job Title: Tender Executive cum Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, Bid, and Track tenders on government (e.g., GEM, CPPP, E-Procurement) and private procurement portals (e.g., Indiamart ...Etc.)
• Analyze tender eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with product management, regulatory, legal, and finance teams to prepare tender documents (including product catalogues, certifications, pricing, and compliance).
• Ensure timely submission of EMD, performance security, and other tender-related instruments.
• Maintain a calendar of tender deadlines and ensure all documents are submitted before the due date.
• Handle post-submission activities such as tender clarifications, bid openings, and follow-ups.
• Sales Coordination:
• Support the sales team with preparing quotations, sales proposals, and price lists.
• Coordinate order processing, invoicing, and dispatch schedules with internal teams.
• Track sales orders, delivery timelines, and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer and distributor records in CRM and sales systems.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, tenders submitted, and outcomes.
• Handle customer queries related to product availability, quotations, and status updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within a medical device or healthcare company.
• Knowledge of e-tendering platforms (GEM, CPPP, State Government Portals, Sate Medical Corporations … etc.) and tendering procedures.
• Familiarity with medical product regulatory documents (CE/FDA certificates, ISO, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word), email communication, and basic ERP or CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience dealing with government hospitals, health departments, and private hospital groups.
• Working knowledge of tender negotiation, BOQ analysis, and technical bid preparation.
• Understanding of inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes in the medical device sector.

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Intern will oversee all human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and fosters a positive workplace culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.

- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and extend job offers.

- Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations:

- Address employee grievances and provide support to resolve conflicts.

- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and maintaining an open-door policy.

3. Training & Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

- Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, company culture, and other relevant topics.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

- Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics and trends.

Managing a team of support agents, providing training, monitoring, and mentoring as needed.

Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to support operations.

Collaborating with other members of different departments to identify and resolve escalated

issues.

Ensuring that support agents have the necessary tools and resources to do their jobs effectively.

Maintaining and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to support operations.

Developing and delivering training programs to improve the skills of the support team.

Continuously review and analyze business processes to identify areas of improvement and

develop strategies to enhance support performance.

Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and customer

satisfaction.

Identifying and documenting business processes

Writing documents like help articles, SOPs, and other materials that explain complex technical

concepts in an easy-to-understand way.

Work with the subject matter experts to gather information about the products or processes

that they are documenting.

Editing and revising documents that have already been written by other team members or

subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Work closely with other teams to gather information, review documentation, and ensure that

the documentation meets the needs of the audience.

Managing the entire documentation process, from planning and research to writing and

publishing.

Responsible for ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to end-users.

Very good verbal and written communication

Good knowledge of grammar and sentence formation

Engineering background shall be preferred

Any prior experience in a similar role or in any e-commerce fulfillment domain/ return related

operations would be a plus point

■ Utilise data analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in the user journey.

○ Partnerships

■ Define the partnerships and spiritual leader outreach strategy to align with the consumer need and company vision.

■ Build a high quality curated leader community by developing a deep understanding of the ecosystem and nurturing leader relationships.

■ Work closely with the content team to align leader onboarding strategy with the overall content strategy.

● Strategic Support:

○ Collaborate closely with the founding team to drive and execute key strategic initiatives.

○ Conduct market research, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.

● Problem Solving:

● Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to address them.

● Assist in resolving operational issues and roadblocks.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus.

● Previous experience in a Product or Chief of Staff or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.

● Exceptional organisational and project management skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving responsibilities.

* Experience in C/C++ and have strong experience embedded application development and integration in Linux

* Good in creating unit tests, performing code reviews, optimizing performance and ensuring standards for maintainability  

* Debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of our web & mobile test automated frameworks and to execute tests to ensure product quality.
• Shall design and implement Automation framework, tests scripts, debugging and defining corrective actions.
• You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts)

Who you are:

• A minimum of 3+ years of SDET or QA Engineering experience.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Unit testing frameworks
