We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer in the web design space to design and shape unique, user-centric features and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

Responsibilities - 

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. coluor theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like dashboards, tabs and widgets
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma etc.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.

Required Skills - 

• 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and Balsamiq)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Figma

UX Engineer will be responsible for on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the product. Depending on requirements, as a product engineer, she/he will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following.

• Conducting and executing research processes, Usability Audits under the guidance of Lead UX Engineer
• Creating personas and establishing the critical information flow that allows the personas to establish specific goals
• Wireframes
• Navigation Structures
• Storyboards
• Interactive Guidelines
• Click through Prototypes
• Low fidelity grid based HTML outputs
• Information Architecture presented in flow diagrams. Currently we are using Miro for this - We consider this very important as it clearly establishes your line of thought against the given problem

• Ideate and design of innovative solutions using the latest UX design guidelines

Your role as a designer is to solve UX problems with design in collaboration with a team on multiple verticals and to focus on designing the user interface based on research, user flow, and wireframing.
