Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven SaaS SEO B2B Specialist to lead and execute high-impact SEO strategies that drive traffic, improve search rankings, and increase conversions for our B2B digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical and content SEO, preferably within the SaaS, BPO, or recruitment industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors to identify SEO opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
• Technical SEO: Perform detailed website audits and optimize for crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile usability.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize on-page elements like meta tags, content layout, internal linking, and keyword placement.
• Link Building: Implement link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and search performance.
• Website Launch Planning: Lead SEO strategies for new site launches or redesigns to ensure optimal visibility.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure content meets SEO guidelines and user intent.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage SEO team members; align goals and track team performance.
• Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio to report and optimize SEO performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present strategy updates, progress reports, and ROI insights to internal stakeholders.
• Ownership: Take full accountability for SEO growth and continuously drive innovation and performance improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or outsourcing domains
• Expertise in technical SEO and on-page/off-page optimization
• Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Strong data analysis skills with an ability to convert insights into actions
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience managing or mentoring SEO teams is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO and Google algorithm changes

Good experience in Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) of data from various sources

into Data Warehouses and Data Marts using Informatica Power Center (Repository Manager,

Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Metadata Manager), Power Connect as ETL

tool on Oracle, and SQL Server Databases.

 Knowledge of Data Warehouse/Data mart, ODS, OLTP, and OLAP implementations teamed with

project scope, Analysis, requirements gathering, data modeling, ETL Design, development,

System testing, Implementation, and production support.

 Strong experience in Dimensional Modeling using Star and Snow Flake Schema, Identifying Facts

and Dimensions

Understand the Business requirement and design,develop web application with Web API, C#, OOPS  and Entity Framework.

• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.   
• Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.   
• Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems   
• Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget   
• Providing third-level support to business users.   
• Compliance of process and quality management standards   
• Understanding and implementation of SDLC process   

• 2+ years of experience in Web API, C#.Net, OOPS and Entity framework
• Minimum 1+ years of experience on Web Application development HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Entity framework and Linq Queries
• Must have a good exposure on query writing and DB management for writing stored procedures/ user-defined functions

Secondary Skills

• Experience in analysing existing code and debugging.
• Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment)
• Proven experience of delivering on-time and with quality
• Should have good unit testing skills to review his own development and identify all the defects and get it fixed before releasing the code
• Should have experience in developing ERP applications or Database Intensive Data Entry applications.
• Been on a same role for a period of 2 years or more
• Hands on experience of configuration management and version maintenance
• Full stack developers with experience in Developing products with Angular and C# APIs, from ground-up will be a plus.

4-6 years of total experience in data warehousing and business intelligence

3+ years of solid Power BI experience (Power Query, M-Query, DAX, Aggregates)

2 years’ experience building Power BI using cloud data (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SQL DB, data lake)

Strong experience building visually appealing UI/UX in Power BI

Understand how to design Power BI solutions for performance (composite models, incremental refresh, analysis services)

Experience building Power BI using large data in direct query mode

Expert SQL background (query building, stored procedure, optimizing performance)
