We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Trainer to deliver effective training programs on technical subjects to students or employees, ensuring clear understanding and practical skill development. The trainer will design training content, conduct engaging sessions, and evaluate learner progress to enhance technical competency aligned with industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in facade and steel structure design under senior supervision.
• Prepare 2D CAD drawings for shop drawings, layouts, and material schedules.
• Support in creating facade tender packages and system details.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, engineers, and project leads.
• Participate in design meetings and provide basic engineering inputs.
• Track drawing submissions and maintain documentation/version control.
• Help resolve design challenges and ensure timely project deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or Building Design.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
• Familiarity with Rhino/SketchUp, Grasshopper/Python is a plus.
• Willingness to learn BIM tools.
• Understanding of materials like steel, aluminum, glass.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Job Title: Project Manager - Interior Design

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum 3 years in interior design project management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• UAE driving license (preferred).

What will I do?

- Designing user flows and converting them into logical entities in the code.

What skills should I have?

- 3+ years of experience in Backend Development.
- Language: NodeJs
- Additional knowledge of Python will be a plus
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

- Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes

- Data migration, transformation, and scripting

- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
