Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Execuitve/Account Manager who can effectively

manage client hiring requirements, coordinate with internal recruitment teams, and ensure smooth HR

operations. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, sourcing skills, client

relationship management experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities across recruitment

and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple client requirements.

Source, screen, and shortlist quality candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn,

references, and networking.

Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidate profiles.

Maintain strong pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage offer coordination.

Client & Account Management:

Manage multiple client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.

Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions.

Share relevant, high-quality candidate profiles aligned with client expectations.

Ensure seamless communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Handle client feedback, reporting, and regular hiring updates.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

Coordinate and manage the internal recruitment team to ensure timely closure of client requirements.

Assign roles, monitor team performance, and ensure quality candidate delivery.

Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and client expectations.

HR Operations:

Manage employee attendance, leave records, and salary coordination.

Support payroll processing and salary release activities.

Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

Assist in basic HR administrative tasks and compliance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of full-time experience in recruitment, HR operations, or account management.

Strong experience in sourcing and recruitment coordination.

Prior experience in handling multiple clients and account management is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment tools, and HRMS platforms is an advantage.

MBA in HR or related field will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS).
• Configure and maintain Docker containers and/or Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation.
• Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Manage code repositories using Git/GitHub/GitLab, enforce branching strategies.
• Implement monitoring and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Docker, containers, and orchestrators (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of Networking, VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, Security Groups.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools: CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation (IaC).
• Good understanding of Node.js or similar application deployments.
• Knowledge of NGINX/Apache and load balancing concepts.
