ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Credit & Risk Lead who can craft smart, data-driven credit strategies to scale the app while keeping delinquencies low.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Build and refine credit strategies for short-tenure, small-ticket unsecured personal loans.
• Work with Data Science to improve decision engines, scorecards, rules, and real-time underwriting models.
• Create sharp risk segmentation using behaviour, device signals, bureau data, fraud patterns, and portfolio trends.
• Analyse bounce rates, roll rates, early-bucket trends, and cohort behaviour to identify segments driving delinquencies.
• Share clear insights with Collections to boost pre-due and early DPD performance and improve cure rates.
• Track vintages, cohorts, and DPD curves to iterate policies, limits, and approval logic continuously.
• Strengthen fraud detection, identity checks, and thin-file underwriting frameworks to ensure clean approvals.
• Own policy governance, compliance, documentation, and alignment with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor practices, and regulatory shifts to keep the risk engine future-ready.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2.5+ years in unsecured personal loan risk within a fintech or NBFC.
• Strong understanding of digital underwriting, policy design, and credit decisioning for short-tenure PL.
• Experience working with scorecards, rule engines, bureau data, device signals, and behavioural insights.
• Ability to work closely with Data Science, interpret large datasets, and convert insights into clear credit actions.

home décor, and a flair for engaging with high-net-worth individuals, architects, and interior

designers. This role involves offering personalised service, understanding client needs, and

ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist clients with a warm, service-oriented approach

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and décor solutions

* Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers and architects

* Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to order placement and post-sale support

* Maintain the showroom’s visual standards in line with brand aesthetics

* Record leads, showroom visits, and client interactions in the CRM system

* Meet individual and store-level sales targets

* Coordinate with production, logistics, and CRM teams to ensure timely deliveries and

Responsibilities

• Monthly book reviews and analysis of accounting books for India and Overseas entities - UK, US, Singapore & China.

• In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation.

• Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements – standalone and consolidated.

• Assist in developing/maintaining monthly reports of revenues and expenditures.

• Coordinate with foreign entities’ accountants, consultants and auditors for timely financial reporting and filing.

• Convening of Statutory audits for all the regions – India, UK, US, Singapore and China.

• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.

• Statutory compliance management like direct taxes, indirect taxes as well as payroll taxes for various geographies.

• Helps with different accounting fields, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, journal entry review, etc.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 4 to 7 years of relevant years of experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel & MS Word).

• Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong command over written and spoken English.

• Strong hands-on experience in General ledger transactions, preparation of financial statements and MIS reporting.

• Experience in convening statutory audits.

• Experience in Transfer Pricing will be a value add

• Ensure successful implementation of the new merchant with the goal to increase the number of company Digital ambassadors within the industry.
• Work closely with the merchant and the various CPD teams to guarantee a high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and execute an appropriate implementation plan for on-boarding, testing, and launch
• Configure the Product suite contracted by the merchant.
• Provide training to a select group of the merchant’s staff.
• Document key learning’s and collaborates with Solution and Technical engineers to streamline the integration and onboarding process
• Ensure transition the configured client to the internal Service Desk team and mentor its staff so they can provide full support to the client.

Education, skills, and experience

• Hands-on experience (1-5 years) and understanding of the eCommerce payment ecosystem and various roles/players (Payment Service Providers, payment schemes, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills whereby fluent English (written and oral) is a must.
• Coordination of end-to-end technical implementation of e-commerce payment products
• Expertise in credit card and international alternative payment solutions
• Expertise in PCI compliance and latest card schemes mandates
• Ability to manage simultaneously multiple projects and client relationships
• Knowledge of Internet and payments API related technologies including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Former experience in programming tools, including .NET and Java

• Designing, building, prototyping, developing and implementing single-page responsive web applications for our cloud platform.
• Involved in decision making for design and technical aspects for modular and component-based architectures.
• Developing application code, services, user interfaces, user experience and unit tests.
• Ensuring high performance and responsive applications with state-of-the-art user experience.
• Experimenting with new technologies and working with integrated web-applications.
• Collaborating and iterating with the Product Managers, UI/UX and Backend teams to define, design, build, extend products and features.

• You have previously worked for a minimum of 3 years in a technical environment contributing as a programmer.
• You have proven expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem and used frameworks like ReactJS, Vue. Preference would be given to reactjs.
• You have exposure to Golang, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL and Firebase.
