Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the design and development of MuleSoft APIs following API-led connectivity principles (System, Process, Experience layers). 
• Architect and implement complex integrations between OMS/WMS platforms (Manhattan preferred) and external systems including ERP, TMS, marketplaces, and shopping carts. 
• Drive e-commerce integration initiatives for order ingestion, inventory synchronization, returns processing, and shipment tracking. 
• Deploy and integrate OMS solutions hosted on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging services such as Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage. 
• Manage Apigee API Gateway configurations, including proxies, policies, authentication, and analytics. 
• Develop and maintain DataWeave transformations for multi-format data (JSON, XML, CSV, EDI). 
• Mentor junior MuleSoft developers and enforce best practices for integration design, coding standards, and performance optimization. 
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and manage automated deployments for MuleSoft applications. 
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business, performance, and security requirements. 
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform development (Mule 4). 
• Proven experience with OMS/WMS integrations (Manhattan preferred) in supply chain or logistics domains. 
• Strong experience integrating shopping carts and marketplaces (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart). 
• Proficiency in Apigee API Gateway (proxy design, security, analytics). 
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services for integration deployments. 
• Strong DataWeave transformation skills for JSON, XML, CSV, and EDI data mapping. 
• Expertise in REST/SOAP API design and integration best practices. 
• Familiarity with B2B EDI transactions (888, 840, 850, 856, 810). 

Zycus is looking out for a seasoned Business Development/Inside Sales Executive, with business development experience of about 1-5 years. Candidate should have hands-on experience in generation of leads and new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts in a SaaS based technology company .
• White spacing activities on customer accounts along with persona mapping.
• Collaborate with Sales, TAM, CSM and Implementation/ Delivery teams.
• Create cross sell opportunities and providing support on customer marketing activities.
• Generating new business leads and opportunities
• Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to accelerate influx of business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Reaching out via phone/email/social media to connect with prospective customers.
• Conducting secondary research into company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting efforts
• Staying up to date with the latest procurement industry trends & best practices
• Competitor analysis & positioning against them
• Delivering first-level Corporate Overview Presentations
• Pre-qualification of business opportunities (Gauging- Budget, Authority, Need & Timeline)
• Strategizing cross-functional campaigns to be conducted by BD & Marketing.

Skills & Experience Required

• Should have experience of 1-5 years in business development/inside sales in a software company
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Public Speaking background is preferable)

Required:

1. A minimum of 1 years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience
2. Understanding of Android Framework and Android app development.
3. Experience in developing android apps using Kotlin and latest frameworks
4. Knowledge and understanding of Design-Patterns and Data Structures.

• Years of Relevant Experience 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist / Consultant
• Education & Work experience** - Relevant degree in HR Management. Additional HR trainings will be a plus. Experience in project management preferably HR related.
• Software and Applications- Tech savvy with outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS / HRMS (e.g. Zoho), ATS, Ticketing System.
