What we're looking for:

• Ability in data modelling, design, build and deploy DW/BI systems for Insurance, Health Care, Banking, etc.
• Performance tuning of ETL process and SQL queries and recommend & implement ETL and query tuning techniques.
• Develop and create transformation queries, views, and stored procedures for ETL processes, and process automations.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, evaluate, and improve existing BI systems.
• Use business intelligence and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI etc.) to empower customers to drive their analytics and reporting
• Develop and update technical documentation for BI systems.

Key Technical Skills:

• Hands on experience in MS SQL Server & MSBI (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS), with understanding of database concepts, star schema, SQL Tuning, OLAP, Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, cloud technologies.
• Experience in designing and building complete ETL / SSIS processes and transforming data for ODS, Staging, and Data Warehouse
• Experience building self-service reporting solutions using business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI etc.)

Technical:

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS & Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

Job description

    A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on IT experience, developing at least more than two full life-cycle project using public Cloud technologies such as SOA Suite, OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure etc.
    At least 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE with Spring Boot, Spring Microservices, Angular, MongoDB & SOA Suite 12C. Willing to learn new technologies .
    NodeJS/Angular/Java/J2EE web application development

    Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and possesses knowledge in a specific business area.

Job Responsibilities

    Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
    Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java/Node/SOA/Mulesoft code
To develop integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite 12c and Oracle Integration Cloud.
    To Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hyper care
    To Support and resolve L3 level issues
    Drive initial testing phase and quality assurance process.
    Log their hours correctly in the System so that they can be billed to the Customers accordingly.
    Deliver high-quality, fully tested, and fault-proof Customer Integration Developments, as per the Technical Mapping Specifications.
    Ensure implementation of optimized, reusable (where possible) deliverables that cater to customer needs and cause the least impact to the existing Customer Integration landscape.
    Extensive know-how on the relevant Customer Integration IT Products, Integration patterns, protocols, and tools.
    Testing bench skills
    Deployment process awareness in full Software Development Lifecycle
    To deliver quality Integration Solutions on time.
    To hand over the Integration Solution to support teams with quality documentation.
    To provide good support as L3 Support.
    To be able to handle multiple projects at a time.

• Implementing world-class Enginerring practices for all the product development teams at WeCP. Ensure these are evangelized and followed.
• Build and maintain SDLC across all of our development and deployment environments: developer, QA, to our production.
• Envision, implement and rollout best development and devops tooling and automation for all of our services.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering with mentoring or leading a team
• Hands-on experience with Nodejs, Angular and AWS is mandatory.

• Setting up alerts and monitoring for system infrastructure

Primary responsibilities :

Screening / Conducting interviews with engineering talent to :

1. Assess English communication skills (verbal and written)

2. Negotiating rates

3. Assess resumes, ensuring they meet Turing's standards

4. Keep a tight communication loop with software engineering candidates and maintaining

relationships with high-quality engineering talent.

5. Keeping candidates- info updated in Turing's platform.

6. Providing feedback and following up with candidates.

7. Monitor, audit, and grow Turing's engineering pipeline.

8. Working with the Vetting Operations team to refine Turing's outreach strategy and vetting process.

9. Identify, reach-out, and attract relevant professionals to drive the strategic growth of Turing's

engineering pipeline by working closely with engineering, sales, and matching teams to prioritize

sourcing strategy.

Experience:

Must have:

1. Experience in talent support roles is essential

2. Customer service experience and or HR experience.

3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as perfect grammar and command of the English language.

Hours : Must be willing to work i n South Asian time zones. Most of our engineers are from South

America, Europe, Africa, and South Asia. In order to get on calls with them, they'd need to be able to work between UTC-5 to UTC+5. Calls usually happen between 3:30 PM - 00:30 am in Indian

Timings.

3. Can negotiate :

- If the engineer's salary ask is too high, the engineer would not be hired by us or our clients.

Therefore, this person would need to set the right expectations for a win-win solution here.

- We have a negotiation script that recommends how much each person should be paid based on

location, and the person can use this to negotiate.

4. Team Work :

- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines while keeping quality.

- Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with teams via Slack and other collaboration tools.
