Software Architects are the strategic thinkers and technical leaders within the client organization. They design, validate, and guide the delivery of enterprise-grade systems that balance innovation, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

In this role, you work at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. You collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams to define architecture blueprints, select technologies, and ensure systems evolve in alignment with customer goals. Architects are hands-on, often prototyping solutions and coaching teams, while also trusted to influence executives on technical direction.

• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Familiarity with RESTful API. • Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores. • Work with native modules when required.
• Complete the sprints according to the estimated time and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.
• Be part of a community of React Native developers who share knowledge and help each other as problems arise.

Are You Up To The Challenge?

As a Software Engineer - Frontend you’ll be part of the Frontend team, implementing beautiful web designs made by our designers to keep both our site and the internal web-based tools we use fresh and up to date on top of working on new projects alongside this, there is always something new and interesting to work on. 

Your Team Mates

The frontend team consists of both our frontend developers and designers, we work closely with all parts of the business to create tools that vary across the whole company, from the publishing team to create a portal for people to submit games, the marketing team on things like our website, all the way to our internal teams for things like administration and analytics.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

• Implementing designs for our website/web tools created by our design team

• Create and update interactive interfaces used throughout the company

Your Hard Skills

• Minimum 2 years browser-based programming experience

• A proven track record of programming high quality and innovative web pages using Javascript, HTML5 & CSS3 and relevant frameworks (ideally ReactJS but could also be others e.g. AngularJS, NodeJS, Handlebars, jquery, gulp)

• An excellent working knowledge of various programming languages, databases and scripting tools including at least one of bash, MySQL, CouchBase, Python, Java, C#, JSP, PHP

• A creative mindset motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best

• Interest in mobile games

1.       Strong knowledge in Front end scripting like EJS, JavaScript, Jquery

• Responsible for building native applications that can run on multiple platforms such as Android, iOS, or Windows
• Work as part of a small team to build React Native iOS / Android applications for Full Stack's clients.
• Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
• Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
• Must have experience in using Flutter.

• Write, test, debug and ship code and gather feedback on the scale, performance, security to incorporate back into the platform. 

• Work with the founders to identify complex technical problems and solve them. 
• Work with the product design and client experience development team to support 

them with scalable services 

• Feed into the overall mission and vision of the eParchi’s platform over the period of the coming months and years.
