Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Development team to create a Functional Specification (FS) document.
• Gather requirements from clients and create documents that include Business proposals, BRD, and SRS.
• Provide mentoring & guidance to project team members in accordance with Agile principles.
• Assist the Project Manager and Lead Developer in the end-to-end project implementation.
• Must understand and be able to apply current market trends and prevalent technologies to help provide clients with potential solutions to address their business challenges.
• Design Wireframes by incorporating the fundamentals concepts of UX.
• Translate business requirements in functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist/Coordinate conducting User Acceptance Tests(UAT)

What You Need To Apply:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Project Documentation and Research skills.
• Team coordination skills.
• Good understanding of Web & Mobile applications.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle(SDLC).
• Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development.
• Strong oral & written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present projects, procedure and status updates and/or proposals to peers and upper management.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proactive instead of reactive

• At least one year experience with PHP or NodeJS.
• Experience with at least one Relational database like MongoDB, MySQL or NoSQL
• Experience with multiple PHP frameworks will be plus(e.g Wordpress, Laravel, Codeigniter,Symfony, cakePHP)
• Proficiency with multiple PHP Frameworks.
• Proficiency designing and building APIs.
• Comfortable in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction coupled with team collaboration and open communication
• Thorough knowledge of Ajax, Javascript, HTML,CSS and other web technologies XHTML and HTML5 coding is desirable.
• Experience in both Linux and Windows environment development. Understanding of RESTful web services.
• Work in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere to develop new ideas that adapt to evolving user needs
• Experience using Git / GitHub. Excellent communication skills

Skills we are looking for :

- Experience in developing full-stack applications at scale in ReactJs/AngularJs & NodeJs.

- Strong knowledge and experience in HTML(5), CSS, SCSS, and Advanced JavaScript

- Good knowledge of coding RESTful APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Web Storage (Cookie, Local Storage, and Session Storage)

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT

- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

- Ability to work in a lean-agile development environment.

Good to know :
