Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting operations (entries, invoicing, reconciliations)
• Support preparation of monthly financial statements

Design engaging creatives for social media, ads, websites, and brand collaterals with a luxury-first approach.

• Conceptualize and execute short-form video content (reels, motion graphics, simple edits) that feel premium and polished.
• Translate brand stories into visuals that stand out — original layouts, strong typography, and fresh perspectives.
• Stay updated on global design and luxury branding trends, and bring that inspiration into our work.
• Collaborate closely with content and strategy teams to ensure design amplifies brand narratives.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of design experience (boutique agencies or luxury/premium brands)
• A strong portfolio that shows originality, not just template-driven design.
• Comfort across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and basic motion/video tools(After Effects / Premiere Pro / Canva video editing).
• A sharp eye for luxury aesthetics: clean layouts, typography, spacing, color palettes.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling — from static posts to scroll-stopping videos.
• Team player, but with independent thinking and initiative.

• Engage with customers via live chat and email, helping them troubleshoot issues, complete onboarding, and succeed with the product.
• Interact with e-commerce business owners globally, understand their workflows, and guide them in using the product effectively.
• Watch user session videos to identify product adoption roadblocks and suggest UI/UX improvements to the product team.
• Categorize and escalate technical issues or product requests to the relevant internal teams (Product, Engineering).
• Maintain clear communication logs and support documentation.
• Be a voice of the customer, advocating for their success and experience.

Business Development Associate*

Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. During the probation period, you'll undergo a comprehensive one-week training program, receive relevant data from management, and be expected to sell at least two subscription plans to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Expectations: Sell at least two subscription plans within the probation period

Post-Probation Expectations

- Payroll Commencement: Your salary will start once you successfully complete the probation period

5. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
6. Documenting frontend code

8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus
