Job Description:

• He / She candidate must possess a strong technology background with advanced knowledge of Java and Python based technology stack.

In this role, you will take the lead in crafting exceptional user experiences for technology products, including the creation of unique and inventive designs for existing products, and mentoring and leading a team of designers.

Responsibilities

1. UI/UX Design: Create innovative and user-friendly designs for technology products that solve complex problems and enhance user experiences.
2. Out of the Box Thinking: Provide unique and creative design solutions for existing products, pushing the boundaries of conventional design concepts.
3. Design Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and inspiration to foster their professional growth and development.
4. User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, and use insights to inform design decisions.
5. Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts and usability.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to align design with business objectives.
7. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure design consistency across products.
8. User Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
9. Quality Assurance: Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide design support during the development phase.
10. Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and design specifications.
11. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centered designs.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a design team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to think critically.
• Experience in designing for web and mobile applications.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies to facilitate collaboration with developers.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Zeplin, Proto.io, or Principle.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.

• Must have experience with bidding sites like Upwork, Guru, Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, also coordinate with technical team.

At least: 2+ years experience Candidate should have prior Sales / BDE / BDM experience in the Software Development Company (Ecommerce & Web)

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• 2+ years of inside-sales experience (preferably B2B), ideally with high-volume prospecting and outreach

• Experience in Singapore IT Sales.
