Infilect is a GenAI company pioneering the use of Image Recognition in Consumer Packaged Goods retail.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our Cloud, AI workflows, and AI-based Computer Systems. Furthermore, the candidate will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company’s computing needs including the in-house GPU & AI servers along with AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and automating AI based deployment an AI based workflows
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Manage Cloud, computer systems and other IT assets.
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures for Cloud and on-premise systems
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas, perform RCA and implement strategic solutions in time
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
• Handle monthly/annual cloud budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Requirements and skills

• Well versed in automation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Ansible etc.
• Working Knowledge of Python, SQL database stack or any full-stack with relevant tools.
• Understanding agile development, CI/CD, sprints, code reviews, Git and GitHub/Bitbucket workflows
• Well versed with ELK stack or any other logging, monitoring and analysis tools
• Proven working experience of 2+ years as an DevOps/Tech lead/IT Manager or relevant positions
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
• Knowledge in ISO/SOC Type II implementation with be a 
• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a similar field

Responsibilities

· Resolving technical support inquiries directly or indirectly through on-site and/or remote first-level support representatives.

· Performing routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression.

· Providing prompt recovery and problem escalation using multiple system management and problem management tools.

· Working closely with development teams, support teams and vendors to coordinate special operations, and communicate/escalate problems to meet assigned deadlines.

· Providing analytical support for the development & enhancement of system interfaces and develop/enhance those tools under technical direction from seniors.

· Assisting in daily support of the systems/products assigned, through early detection and pursuit of changes in system responses or operations.

· Working closely with support groups to refine system monitoring, reporting, and to assist them in their analysis and problem recovery.

· Providing prompt, clear, and timely communications; log, coordinate, and communicate problems using standard problem management and escalation procedures.  

Responsibilities :

- Execute and drive multiple UI UX projects by diagnosing business and user needs.

- Apply all pieces of user-centred design methodology and processes.

- Plan and conduct primary and secondary research.

- Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from varied angles.

- Design and manage all interaction design activities including visual design coordination with global designers.

- Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale.

- Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to a pixel-perfect reality.

- Manage communications at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.

- A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.

- Create wireframes and visual design mockups as needed in order to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed user interaction behaviors

- Create or advise on content architecture and navigation design, Design page level layout, page flow, and task fulfilment

- Conduct user research and synthesize findings

- Define and distill complex user requirements

- Design digital products and service processes

What We're Looking For :

- A relevant design degree, or equivalent work experience in UI UX is required

- 2+ years of experience with enterprise or design-oriented systems

- Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Knowledgeable about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; able to demonstrate how technical constraints and opportunities inform design solutions

- Portfolios demonstrate your expertise and experience is required

- You are able to communicate design rationale effectively in both oral and written forms, influence others, and find innovative solutions to problems.

- In the past, work has involved cross-functional collaboration with designers, product managers, software engineers, and end users.

- You have the ability to contribute to design strategy and build strong relationships across stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

    Job summary

We are searching for a brilliant, flexible Android Developer to create novel apps that meet the needs of our target audience. To this end, the Android Developer’s Responsibilities include writing and proofreading code, liaising with coworkers within and outside of their department, and monitoring customer’s feedback. Overtime, you will also be required to create app updates.

Responsibilities

      Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

      Collaborate with cross functional teams to define. Design, and ship new features.

      Work with outside data sources and APIs

      Unit- test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

      Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Skills and Qualifications

      Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

      Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back- end services.

      Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, and best practices

      Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

      Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch

      Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers

      Knowledge of the open source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.

      Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

      Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

      A knack for benchmarking and optimization

      Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines

      Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

      Have at least 1- 2 years of experience.
