Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Specialist to ensure that all training engagements adhere to internal quality benchmarks and meet client compliance standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity, consistency, and excellence of our Learning & Development (L&D) offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement quality metrics for monitoring training delivery effectiveness.
• Conduct audits of pre-training and post-training documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review trainer credentials to ensure compliance with internal and client-specific requirements.
• Maintain and update compliance checklists aligned with regulatory or contractual obligations.
• Track participant and client feedback, analyze trends, and flag quality issues for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Assist in aligning processes with ISO, GDPR, or other relevant compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or training compliance roles.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and process management skills.
• Familiarity with quality frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g., ISO standards, GDPR, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Experience in the Learning & Development or EdTech industry is preferred.

We are looking for a SwiftUI developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed toward iOS and OS X, including mobile phones, and tablets. Your primary focus will be the development of such applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications for iOS and OS X
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization

Skills

• 5+ years of experience
• Proficient in SwiftUI, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services
• Good sense of UI design and a user-oriented focus
• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is a plus
• Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git, Mercurial or SVN)
• Familiarity with continuous integration

AD Skills: 

• Implementing Active Directory Infrastructure  
• Expertise on Windows Infrastructure components integration like DNS, DHCP etc. 
• Assess Domain Controllers, Domain Architecture, Centralized Migrations, GPO Designs, Windows DNS/DHCP Management and Forest Level Trust Architecture 
• Cloud Service integration with Active Directory including Amazon Web Services and Azure Active Directory Services 
• Multi Forest/Domain Active Directory and DNS migration 
• In depth knowledge of AD Site Topology, OU’s Structure, Group Policies, NTP, LDAP and implementation and AD components 
• Good knowledge on AD Security and identity principals 
• Strong integration experience of ADFS and integration with the on-prem Active Directory

• Worked on applications from scratch. Well versed with building apps for various screen density and sizes.
• Up to date on upcoming trends in android and its ecosystem with respect to design, architecture etc.
• Experience in optimizing all important parameters like network utilization, application size and battery.
• Experience with kotlin, coroutines, dagger, retrofit, rx-android and android architecture components etc.
• Understanding of MVVM or MVP architecture to maintain separation of concerns.
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented design concepts and algorithms.
• Experience with version control like SVN/Git
