Role Expectation?
He/ she should be a post-graduate or graduate with at least 4 years of professional experience in a variety of business environments with hands on
knowledge of web testing. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills, good knowledge of project life cycles and the ability to work in a team
environment. He/she should have below skills:
 Producing clear and concise test results, both detailed and summary.
 Working with other testers and development teams to ensure the spread of good practices and knowledge.
 Superior attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills
 Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressure
 Other duties as assigned

Skills Required
 Good understanding of agile processes.
 Identification / Review of test cases, test scenarios & test execution
 Good understanding of testing web-based applications
 Hands on experience in Data migration and interface testing 
 Defect Management Life Cycle.
 Experience in Black box testing (System, System Integration & Regression testing concepts)
 Experience in creating test plans & test design
 Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Bachelor & degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
 Knowledge of at least one tool like QC or JIRA or any other similar tool

 Writing and executing test cases.

 Helping to ensure requirements have clear and concise acceptance criteria

Work hours and availability
• Core working hours are between UK time 8:30am and 5:30pm.
• Flexible to work in shifts to maintain overlap with UK working hours.
• Flexible in working outside of core business hours if needed (mostly during releases).

Notice Period - 15 days

L2 Application support analyst
• At least 4 years of experience as L2 application support engineer.
• Clear understanding and execution of incident management and problem management
• Able to do impact analysis and prioritise issues
• Able to troubleshoot and analyse issues by checking logs, database etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Worked in .NET environment.
• Worked in a dynamic fast changing environment
Total Experience: 4-5years

.Net Application support analyst
