Job Description: Operational Manager

· Oversee end-to-end plant operations.

· Ensure smooth EMI filter manufacturing and all the processes.

· Drive production planning and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

· Control and improve process stability by monitoring critical parameters affecting product performance.

·  Manage procurement activities for raw materials, components, and consumables ensuring timely availability.

·  Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and vendor performance standards.

· Control stores operations including inventory management, stock accuracy, and material flow to production.

· Daily reviews for reducing downtime, rejection, process variation, and material delays.

· Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for production, process, and material-related issues.

· Implement CAPA across all operational areas and ensure effective closure.

· Coordinate with engineering and quality teams for process improvement and product compliance.

· Monitor all the KPIs of all the departments.

· Review daily operational reports (production, inventory, procurement) and take corrective actions.

Qualification

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience

• Minimum 15 years in electrical / electronic manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in handling Production, Process, Procurement, and Stores

We are looking for a Developer who is proficient with Node and has at least 1-3 years of relevant experience. Your primary role will be on developing microservices, while ensuring good coding practices and architecture. You will have end to end ownership of the services you develop, to ensure it is robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, and quality product is important.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Integrating and maintaining Node micro services
• Proficient in RESTful APIs and API communications, especially to consume data from and/or push data into MongoDB for Web and mobile applications
• Proficient on modeling applications on NOSQL databases(preferably MongoDB)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong coding experience in Node JS.
• Should have experience with microservice architecture
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement

Nice to have:

• Some experience with queues like like Redis,SQS,etc

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Proactively learn and understand the existing platform and proposed new feature requirements
• Designs create, and executes test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures that address areas such as database impacts, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience working in an IT environment
• Experience putting together a roadmap plan for QA functions and features
• Experience performing feature testing on multiple applications and platforms
• Experience in writing, executing, testing SQL queries, and ETL processes
• Experience in API testing
• Experience in DevOps
• Experience in Insight validation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to the Microsoft BI stack including (Azure SQL, SQL Server, SQL queries, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, SSRS)
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops
• Experience with data warehouse and/or BI environments
• Experience with an Agile software methodology
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Automation skills
• Good to have Python DS/ML library knowledge

Requirements

• Design, write and build tools to improve the reliability, latency, availability and scalability of HealthifyMe application.

• Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across distributed teams in a global environment

• Optimize performance and solve issues across the entire stack: hardware, software, application, and network.

• Experienced in building infrastructure with terraform / cloudformation or equivalent.
• Experience with ansible or equivalent is beneficial
• Ability to use a wide variety of Open Source Tools
• Experience  with AWS is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of running services in a large scale environment.
• Expert level understanding of Linux servers, specifically RHEL/CentOS.
• Practical, proven knowledge of shell scripting and at least one higher-level language (eg. Python, Ruby, GoLang).
• Experience with source code and binary repositories, build tools, and CI/CD (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc)
• Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security, and experience supporting multi-tier web application architectures.
