• AI Agents Test-authoring agents that convert natural language into e2e tests.
• Ad-performance agents that learn what works for your brand and generate winning creatives automatically.
• Scale + MLOps Optimise ML pipelines and fix autoscaling by applying queuing theory while juggling CPU / GPU memory contention.
• RAG & Knowledge Systems Design and deploy retrieval-augmented generation pipelines—chunking strategies, embedding models, reranking, and evaluation loops.
• AI Video & Image Processing Build rendering pipelines, diffusion-model integrations, and real-time video processing at scale. You'll own at least one project like these—design, build, iterate.

Signals You're Probably the Right Fit

• Strong in at least one other language (Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Java …); happy to learn more.
• First principle understanding of how LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and AI Agents work
• Evidence of shipping real AI-powered software—OSS, side projects, or production features.
• Comfortable navigating the fast-moving AI landscape—papers, new model releases, evolving APIs.

About the Role

At Techjays, we build production-grade AI systems for global clients. We are looking for a Solution Architect who can bridge the gap between client needs and technical delivery — someone who can walk into a client room, understand their business challenges, and walk out with a compelling, technically sound AI solution.

This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery governance.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end solutioning from client discovery to architecture design
• Partner with pre-sales teams on RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
• Define architectures for LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments for ongoing projects
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients during pre-sales

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience.

Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments preferred.

Strong command over Indian GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Hands-on experience with accounting tools and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks).

Proven ability to manage fundraising support processes (valuation models, investor decks, datarooms).

Very strong core Java/Spring developer

• Decent experience in implementing observability (monitoring/alerts) for Java apps

• Working experience in using CI/CD pipelines.

• Capable of working with scripting languages.

• Knowledge of Tibco BW is optional and we can upskill him in case he has other desired skills.

Job Responsibility:

* Coordinate with CSMs to complete Pilot sales tracker, QBR Decks, End of pilot Decks

*Monitor Daily Sales volume and alert CSMs of Locations with Low volume counts

*Collaborate with other teammates to extract data figures, data entry (Google Sheets & Google Slides), and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives’ success

*Helping in Minor Integration Changes

*Helping with Tickets and giving support when required

* Basic product knowledge of the software to assist with non-client facing action items 

* Good communication skill preferred           

Requirements:

•Proficiency in programming/scripting with Kotlin/Espresso

•Strong experience in developing Automation scripts, Automation framework

•Experience in automation of Mobile application and Rest APIs using Kotlin/Espresso framework

•Strong knowledge of automation tools/framework such as Espresso, Appium

•Hands-on expertise in using Kotlin programming

•Hands-on expertise in Atlassian tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence etc.

•Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD

•Experience in using docker containers as automation execution engine

•Experience working in an Agile/waterfall development process

•Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills

•Logging Defects with relevant analysis and working on the same till closure with the root cause

•Expertise in Agile / iterative testing
